I recently bought two pairs of Mediclo scrubs and absolutely love them! My order numbers are #MC91686 and #MC92247. For the second order, I got the TENCEL™ Fraser Collar Scrub Top in size S (moonlight navy) and the TENCEL™ Sable Tapered Scrub Pants in size XS regular. Unfortunately, the pants are too small. My first pair of Mediclo pants was size XS tall, and since there wasn’t an XS tall option for the Tencel Sable pants in moonlight navy, I thought I’d try the XS regular. However, they ended up being too tight.
I tried to return both the top and the pants, but they only allowed me to return the pants because the top was marked as a final sale. I bought it with a 15% discount, and I didn't see any indication that it was a final sale item. Plus, the price was still high compared to other brands like Figs or Mandala. The issue is, if I return the pants, I’ll have no way to wear the top, and I’d prefer to stick with the Tencel Sable Tapered scrub pants.
I also have another order #MC91686 with the same issue. I bought it for Labor Day, and it hasn't been fulfilled yet. I want to return it before it ships so I don’t end up with the same problem.
I've tried contacting customer service, but I haven’t received a response. I’ve heard their return process is usually fast, but that hasn’t been my experience. Just a heads-up to check your sizes before buying. There are plenty of good scrubs out there like Figs, Mandala, or Jaanuu.
Mediclo provides top notch, edgy, professional, fun scrubs. I got pants and a top and I'm in love. What's more, their customer service is prompt and friendly. I missed out on a 15% discount that I could have applied to my first order - I emailed to enquire about getting a refund for that discount, and they went ahead without any further questions or fuss.
I'll definitely shop with them again. Just wish they could ship from within Canada to avoid the big shipping fees!
