Comfortable fit of theatre scrub caps for professionals in surgery, ventinary or dental practices. Personalisation of names for better team and patient communication with staff having less chance of being misidentified for their role. Reduced environmental impact as the life of the caps easily covers disposable caps life many many times over. Cost effective for not only the extra benefits if you get personalised names and roles but even just a plain cap can save in the long run compared the daily disposable ones. Hypoallergenic with our cotton fabric so no risk of skin reactions from wearing all day. We make all our scrub caps in the UK to order and so customisation and fit are always top of mind. We offer the most sizes of caps by default and we can even do custom patterns for turbans and hijabs. We also scale from doing one off orders to whole hospitals and teams with our decentralised manufacturing to be able to meet demand while not sacrificing quality. We never outsource outside the UK for the manufacturing and to be able to deliver the most reliable service we run as much of all of our operations from within the UK to limit supply chain issues. We do sometime purchase fabric from outside the UK with special prints but with limited runs so your scrub cap stays as unique as you are. Lovely designs but unhelpful customer service
Lovely designs and lots of sizes and options to choose from. However, one of the caps I ordered is pretty much useless because I chose to have it embroidered and thought it would be a good idea to let Medicus choose the colour of the stitching. This is something they offer on their website. The colour that was picked didn't really match the colour of the cap. But what was more annoying was that the colour was so dark that the embroidered text is very difficult to read. The customer support was hugely unhelpful and basically blamed me for not choosing the colours I wanted. I thought since Medicus knows the prints and offers to pick the colour of the stitching they would pick something that works.
All I was offered was a discount code to reorder and a shirty reply.

As we explained in our email communication, customers are given the choice to either select their own embroidery colour or allow us to choose on their behalf. In this instance, you opted for us to make the selection. We carefully consider each design and choose embroidery colours we believe will complement the cap’s design. However, printed caps—especially those with intricate patterns—can make it challenging for embroidery to stand out clearly, regardless of the colour selected.
Our intention is never to cause disappointment, and we always advise customers to select their own embroidery colours to ensure the final product meets their expectations. We understand that this outcome was not what you had hoped for, and we sincerely regret that you feel let down.
Although we felt we followed the process as outlined, we still offered you a discount to reorder in the hopes of finding a solution. Please know this offer remains available should you wish to give us another opportunity.

The size guidance they give is very poor. Bought three. The cap wouldn't fit my children. No refunds, no exchanges.

The style ordered was a captain style which as explained on our site is a very snug fit which does not cover the ears and is regularly used for loop wearers. This would have been advise if we would have been contacted prior to ordering or you would have seen when receiving your sample box. explained over email all our items are made to order, with limited run prints. Therefore none of our printed and/or personalised hats are refundable/exchangeable. We encourage customers to reach out before purchasing. We offer size/style sample boxes, which is the best way to accurately decide what works for you.
Our sample boxes are refundable once returned.
We did offer you a 20% discount to be able to order the correct style /size.

Best Custom Scrub Caps (UK)
I have been shopping through multiple websites for good scrub caps which are customisable (in UK). I found a few and tried to order but they took ages to come and weren't great quality. I then found Medicus Caps and it changed my experience entirely. Super easy to order and super customisable - where I want text, what size, where I want design, style of scrub cap etc. The quality is brilliant and the items came exactly as described. I let them decide on the colour of the embroidery to contrast the designs and they picked them perfectly. And the best bit... the order came in less than a week! They are outshining all of their competitors, and for a great price too. I am definitely ordering from them again soon.
