just like the other review, they did the same for me. took forever for my covid test to come through, i ended up buying a different one on another website for much cheaper and faster covid test. eventually they sent an email about how they were low in stock and offered switched product or refund. obviously i chose the refund, i already got my covid test already. they said it will take 7-10 business days for the refund to be transferred back to me. it's been more than 7-10 business days and i ain't got NOTHING back! what's crazy is that i JUST got an email from them saying they are delivering the covid test anyway! I DONT WANT IT NO MORE, I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

Scam Company! Couldn’t find any legit reviews of this company online except for a bunch of “glowing reviews” on Facebook so decided to take a chance and order at home Covid tests from them. They charged more than the retail price plus shipping for the order.

After the initial order confirmation email, never heard from them again, though they charged my credit card immediately. Kept emailing them repeatedly, asking when the order would arrive. They finally replied to my email and said it would ship the next day. Another week goes by with no product and no communication.

I email them again asking for tracking info. They reply and say everything is back ordered but they can send a DIFFERENT product instead. I tell them I’m not interested and please issue a refund.

They reply to my email and say they are sending the bogus product anyway and keeping my money. We fell for a classic bait and switch. BUYER BEWARE OF THIS SCAM COMPANY!
