I received a refund no problem
I thought everything in the vegan plan was super except for some recipes with incorrect macro values. On Day 2, I emailed, explained why I wanted to cancel and requested a refund. This was done the next day along with a polite apology. I was dubious after reading some of the reviews about problems with communication, cancellations and refunds but this company was great.

The quiz you need to complete before you get your custom plan was quick and straightforward. I also think it is affordable, all other offers were close or over $500.

I came here solely because of the price. If you knew how much customized meal plans actually cost then you'd see the real value behind their service.

Would have given a 0 for review if it was offered. These people are stealing my hard earned money. I didn’t sign up for a subscription, but they charged me anyway, so I canceled and they have kept charging me. They will not refund. If anyone knows how to get our money back, I’m all ears.

I purchased a one-time Meal and Exercise Plan for $89 in July. They charged my Credit Card for a second $89 in September. I did not purchase an automatic renewal subscription, just a one-time meal plan. MediEats will not refund the second $89 charge. This is a scam, avoid at all costs. They do not have a telephone number, everything is through emails. Do not use this Company.

I do feel lighter after one week. Will be back to update once there is more to show. Thank you.

It's like fine dining of Mediterranean kitchen, but like on a budget mode lol. It's fine by me, whatever works.

Full with good info on nutrition and meals. Feel free to try it.

Using their plans for some time now and there is a lot of variety, could be more but it is still good right now.

I would have given them zero stars if the option existed. Do NOT sign up. Even though they make it sound like it is a one time purchase, they WILL go ahead and charge you again as a subscription. Unless you scour the terms and conditions - you wouldn't know until it's too late. Tried getting money refunded for second unauthorized charge but they clearly don't care about customer service. There is no account info section to access on their website to see your renewal terms, etc. It's a complete SCAM. I repeat do NOT sign up. Product is sub-standard.

I am more or less okay with what I got, there is room for improvement tho.

I don't have much time to cook all day long as I am a student, so I value simple and healthy meals which is what Medieats exactly is.

Scammy lowly people mooching of innocent people. They think they can run their business like this forever, but that's not how business works. Enough people report your unethical practices and you will have to stop this nonsense. Charged me $89 for 'auto renewal, which I never signed up for.
Reporting them everywhere. Was trapped on Instagram. Buyers beware

I think it's too early to talk about any results for me as I've been here for just a week but what I can say is that the meals are fantastic. All new, no rehashed recipes or anything like that.

It wasn't easy to find but I am glad that I did. Someone recommended this on a diet forum and here I am. 2 weeks in and I can feel lighter and not hungry at all. GG

I was not able to access the information for this program and requested a cancellation and reimbursement of my funds. Three weeks later
I am told that I can now have access. I do not want anything from this program except a reimbursement of my funds but that is not happening.

Auto renew without explanation. I wish I had read the reviews prior to my purchase. "Oliva" must be a busy girl. As one reviewer said, this company makes its money on unknown program renewal fees. It really doesn't matter if this program is good or bad, if they rip off their customers with unknown program renewal fees then it is a red flag and no one should purchase or become involved with "Olivia". I have just lost $89 to "Oliva".

It's my first diet so I don't have much to compare it with but what I can say is that I do see some changes. Not just physical but also mental clarity. I came off from a fast food habit so the change is drastic for me but like I said, I do feel better.

Usually when I change my diet I have elevated cravings for fats and spicy foods but it didn't happen this time.. it's a well-balanced plan that suits for men and women alike.
