Ear spray not a viable cure for tinnitis.
The product offered to cure tinnitis is worthless and has no effect on my hearing bad, or good. In addition, they put a charge on my account for a service that I did not know about, or request and this is a monthly recurring charge! This company and Its product is a fraud.

I purchased the product on my Amex ending 4002 on 4/18/25 for $42.91 listed as Medilisk Hearing Spray so they definitely have proof I ordered from them.
What the company said in their response to my review is not what is on the website or what the customer rep told me. (The paperwork with the product states "No questions asked Guarantee". "a 90 day money back guarantee. Simply contact our customer support for a full refund or replacement.").
Their website states "Our policy lasts 30 DAYS. Products can be returned WITHIN 30 DAYS of receipt of shipment. To be eligible for a return, your item must be UNUSED and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging." Same thing Customer rep said.
So this company LIES and puts out information in response to reviews that is opposite of what they say on their website. This makes customers think they cannot return products. Then ONLY IF CUSTOMERS COMPLAIN, they change their tune and go back to what they said on paperwork sent with product.
(I would screen shot all of the paperwork referenced above except I cannot figure out a way to do it on this website.)
5/27/25Not only was the product worthless, despite stating that there was a no questions asked 90 guarantee, NO PRODUCTS CAN BE RETURNED IF THEY HAVE BEEN OPENED OR TRIED. On a $29 product, charges for shipping $9.95 and Processing Fee $3.96 and shipping and processing not refundable. While the 90 day "no questions asked" guarantee is listed on the product receipt, no return address is available here or on the website. BUYER BEWARE

What the company said in their reply is completely false. They found an order from me and only gave me a partial refund. Their rep said the the return guarantee on the website is just to make customers feel comfortable about buying! Then I was contacted again and told if I removed my Trustpilot review they would refund me the entire amount. I decided to lose the money so others would not be scammed.

Finally Found Relief After Years of COVID Cough
For years, I’ve been dealing with a deep, violent cough that started after I had COVID. It wasn’t just an occasional tickle—it was the kind of cough that would hijack my body anytime I laughed too hard or took a deep breath. Once it started, it was hard to stop. In public, people would look at me with concern (or panic), and I can’t blame them. It sounded like I was contagious, or dying, or both. It was embarrassing, frustrating, and exhausting.

Spray does nothing but irritate my ears, and eardrops have no effect.
Customer service apparently is automated as they don't seem to understand my questions, and the phone number is always busy

Purchased lung cleansing spray very pessimistic, however, I was totally surprised by the quick improvement in my breathing. As an asthmatic I get very tired and out of breath. Using the spray has made a huge difference. I gave my 50 yro son one and he said it cleared mucus from his lungs first day using it. Very pleased with product.
