While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

To protect platform integrity, every review on our platform—verified or not—is screened by our 24/7 automated software. This technology is designed to identify and remove content that breaches our guidelines, including reviews that are not based on a genuine experience. Written by the company

mediloop is the AI-powered medical bill review and negotiation service that saves Americans 60–80% on overcharged hospital and medical bills. More than 134,000 members have used us to fight back against the billing errors, duplicate charges, upcoded procedures, and surprise out-of-network fees that quietly show up on 8 out of 10 medical bills. A medical bill is a negotiation pretending to be a receipt. Hospitals use a single chargemaster price for every patient, then privately discount it 50–80% for insurers and large employers. Most patients don't know they can fight it. We do — line by line, code by code — and send back the number you should have gotten in the first place. How it works: send Agent Loop a photo or PDF of your itemized bill, EOB, or both. Our team of certified billing coders and registered nurses audits every line, identifies the errors, and negotiates directly with the provider. Most cases close in 3–14 days. Pricing is simple and risk-free. Choose a one-time EOB audit, a full audit-plus-negotiation on a single bill, or an annual plan for families and chronic-care patients with multiple negotiations and unlimited EOB reviews included. Every option is backed by our core promise: no savings, no fee. HIPAA compliant. 256-bit AES encryption end to end. So no American has to fight their bills alone.

Helped when I was overwhelmed

After a hospital visit I kept getting different bills and didn’t understand what I was supposed to pay. I was stressed and kept putting it off. Mediloop handled the back and forth and explained what was going on. That alone helped a lot.

Finally didn’t have to make the calls

Finally didn’t have to make the calls
Calling hospitals and insurance stresses me out more than almost anything. I’ve tried doing it myself in the past and it went nowhere.
With mediloop, I uploaded the bill and let them handle it. They negotiated it down and I didn’t have to relive the whole situation on the phone. That alone was a win.
