Nobody answers the phones. They can’t tel you when your order is arriving or even if it will.
No updates . Not a single email has been replied to. Terrible customer service and communication. When I did speak to someone through a mobile number they said my order was coming the next day and would be sent and it’s been over a week and still nothing.
Do not order through this website . Disabled people relying on products that they need to live and survive and they could not care less or be transparent in the slightest .

Ordered an urgent part for wheelchair as have been bed bound for 2 weeks. First it gets lost then 7 days after ordering I received the wrong part. I do not have an amputated leg but a broken leg. No communication mis information. Sat with a $509 useless part with no resolution. Absolutely disgusted. I have to miss a wound care appointment because I can’t use my wheelchair !!!!

NOT trustworthy at all, DO NOT buy. Terrible service, the worst, and not reliable, the most horrible experience I have ever had, honestly!

Order never received and zero response from customer service.

I Loved my Tipo walker. It's sturdy, glides well, and is strong! My nurse thought it was wonderful and is going to buy one for her husband. All of my Physical therapists loved it too.
