I cannot find sufficient words of thanks - my father has terminal cancer and his health has taken a dramatic downturn these past few days. The Medipost team went above and beyond to ensure we had everything in time to help keep him comfortable over the weekend. Thank you - actually had a little cry when the parcel arrived.
Its easy to forget that you are supplying things that actually make a real world difference to someone's health - thank you for your immense kindness and "can do" attitude - a rare thing to see these days x

Still waiting for my good. Paid for next day but it's nowday 3 and not a word let alone a credit for the delivery charge...

We emailed you on Monday to advise this, perhaps you would like to check your junk mail in case it has ended up in there. Delivery is w/c 7th July. If you wish to cancel we can arrange this so you can purchase elsewhere?

I made an order for some sample pots but I was sent the incorrect items by mistake. I made contact via their email, they replied very promptly and sent out the correct items which I have now received.
