I ordered 2 128hz tuning forks, both of which arrived with a NSW Australia return address but they seemed to be shipped from China. On inspection both have rough edges along one side and the sliders created a hole in the very soft metal when tightening as instructed. Every time one moves the sliders and tightens them, another hole is created. I asked about returning the product and was told that I would have to send them to the Midwest in the USA to get my money back and that I would have to proof that they were damaged already and pay the $40 dollars postage (Australia Post) with insurance and tracking out of pocket. The tuning forks are clearly made from inferior soft metal and not fit for purpose. Not recommended. Total Scam!!
