Last week, I had my nose surgery at the hospital with Dr. Cagri Demirbaglar, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. He was incredibly kind and attentive, and he listened carefully to my wishes – the result is already exactly what I hoped for!

A special thank you to my coordinator Gözde, who was absolutely lovely and supported me every step of the way. I was a bit anxious at times, but she always held my hand (literally!) and made me feel safe and calm throughout the process.

I can genuinely recommend this hospital, the team, and especially Dr. Cagri Demirbaglar with all my heart!

I traveled from Germany to Istanbul for a nose correction and was given information in advance by a consultant. Unfortunately, the details I was provided did not match reality at all. From start to finish, nothing went as promised.

I was assured that there would be a detailed consultation and a simulation before the surgery – neither of these happened. The doctor came in just five minutes before the operation, briefly asked about my expectations, did not even examine my nose, and simply looked at a photo before saying he knew what I wanted. Unfortunately, I ended up with the exact opposite of what I had asked for.

The entire organization, communication, and management of the hospital were chaotic. Most concerning of all was the lack of hygiene. I requested to speak with a supervisor, and they promised to call me back, but I never received a call.

The result of the surgery has been a huge disappointment. Now, I have to find another doctor to correct the mistakes. The whole experience felt rushed and careless, with no real attention to my wishes. I deeply regret my decision and cannot recommend this hospital at all.

Please be careful!

PLEASE if you are travelling from a far away place. DO NOT choose this hospital. Don’t choose turkey in the first place. But if you do so. DO NOT CHOOSE MEDISTANBUL. They will steal your money and you can not do anything about it. Doctor akan whatever his fkn name is so stupid doesn’t even know how to plan a surgery. He agreed to do 3 surgeries for me. After I paid in full. He cancelled one of them during the surgery. Funny. He said time was too long. Why would you say yes then? Here is the answer. Because they made me pay in full. Then took all the money and refunded me a funny funny amount. They made me cry several times just to take my money.
Reviewing medical team!!!! WHERE DO I START. AWFUL. SCAMMERS. I am diabetes and they did not even check my diabetes after surgery not even once. They don’t give a damn. They cancelled my surgery and stole the money. They gave me a few hundreds back from 2900$. They don’t give a fk about how you feel. They make an agreement and change their mind last second after you sign. They force you to sign and you don’t even know what you are signing to. Please don’t choose this hospital you will get the worst experience of your life. I want to review a translator named MADINA. Useless girl who would do anything to rip you off along with the finance team for personal interest. Stupid fkn team. I hate you Medistanbul. I hate you turkey. So disgusting. Imagine they stole my earring while I was doing the surgery. What a joke. Disgusting. Any good review is not real it was done by the hospital themselves.

I feel compelled to write about my recent experience at the hospital as the rating it currently holds is not great!

I was admitted in February and cannot fault the care that I received, the team were good and as a patient who travelled alone I feel that the care was impeccable.

The surgeon and other medical professionals were very efficient and in good sprit. I have recovered really well following my procedure and am confident that should I choose to have further procedures I wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Thank you to all the staff for caring for me and managing my pain during my recovery.

I don't know where to start. Absolutely horrendous 'care'. I was tortured there after lipo & BBL, no painkillers are given except paracetamol. My regular medication was witheld. I was left bleeding in the bed. No one could speak english there, once you have signed the consent form then the interpreter disappears. I was prescribed antibiotics but didn't have any. I was told I could have no more pain relief after the paracetamol. I take 100mg tramadol 4 times a day usually. I was hysterical and writhing in the bed with pain so they gave me 50mg tramadol but then refused to ever give me painkillers after that half dose.

I am happy to go into more details if anyone wants to message me. This is a really, really, really bad choice of place for any westerner

Wael and the team couldn’t have done anymore for me. They went above and beyond to make me feel at ease and understand everything every step of the way.

From arriving to departure they were fantastic.

The hospital was 1st class, clean, modern and professional throughout.

I would recommend using them to anyone and I don’t have anything I can think of I wasn’t happy with.
