After extensive research to find one of the most reputable and board certified plastic surgeons in Turkey, I first contacted Dr. Safa Manav’s office in December 2025. From the very beginning, the experience was professional, well organized, and reassuring. My surgery took place on April 4, 2026, and I can honestly say the entire journey exceeded my expectations.

Before traveling, I had a detailed video consultation with Dr. Safa, during which he carefully assessed my case and patiently answered all of my questions. This gave me a high level of confidence moving forward. I was also in constant contact with Fatih, the International Patient Coordinator, who handled every logistical detail—from airport pickup in Istanbul to hotel arrangements—making the process completely stress free.

Upon arrival in Istanbul, I was assigned to Elif, my on site patient coordinator, who supported me throughout the entire medical process with exceptional care and kindness. I underwent a deep plane facelift, temporal eye lift, upper lip lift, and neck lift. After surgery, I stayed one night at the clinic, where I was closely monitored by the nursing team. Dr. Safa personally visited me the following day before discharge.

I then stayed at the Antwell Hotel until my departure on April 11. During this time, nurse Buse visited me daily to check on my recovery, which was incredibly reassuring. Dr. Safa also came to the hotel to assess my healing and final results before I returned home—something that truly speaks to his dedication and personalized approach.

Dr. Safa is attentive, compassionate, and extremely professional. His surgical skill, calm demeanor, and genuine care for his patients are evident at every stage. His entire team is equally outstanding—responsive, supportive, and highly organized. The hotel environment was also very comforting, as I was surrounded by other patients recovering, which made the experience even more positive.

I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Safa Manav to anyone considering facial rejuvenation. What ultimately made me choose him were his consistent and natural before and after results, the overwhelmingly positive patient reviews, and his credentials—including recognition by the European Board and certification with the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. I am beyond happy with my decision and my results.

On March 25th, I underwent a deep face lift, upper and lower blepharoplasty, lipofilling, liposuction, and SMAS-lifting, along with filling the fine wrinkles around my lips. I am currently in the rehabilitation stage, and the recovery process is going well.

Dr. Safа Manav is not only an outstanding surgeon but also a true artist in his craft. His hands are precise and light, and he has an extraordinary ability to see exactly what each face needs. He is incredibly intelligent, understanding, and meticulous—truly an unmatched professional.

From the very beginning, everything has been handled at the highest level. My husband and I were met at the airport and accompanied throughout the entire process. Before the surgery, I had a thorough preliminary consultation with the assistance of Fatih, Dr. Saфа Manav’s assistant. Although I have never had such procedures before, I was—and my husband was—completely impressed.

The surgery lasted six hours, and I recovered from anesthesia very easily. Daily care is provided by the nurse Buse , who possesses incredible charm, warmth, and professionalism. It is impossible to remain indifferent to her care—her kindness, attention, and skill are remarkable. She comes almost every day to check on me and assist with my recovery. When it is necessary to see Dr. Safа Manav, I will be taken to him. Elif, the coordinator, is also excellent. The doctor checks on me regularly, and the team’s professionalism and human qualities are impeccable.

The hotel, AntWell, where we are staying for rehabilitation, is superb, with everything designed for patient comfort. All transfers, daily check-ups, and support are perfectly organized, and at the end of our stay, we will be taken back to the airport.

Overall, my experience so far has been flawless. I am 63 years old, and I can honestly say this is an outstanding place to enhance your appearance and feel younger. I see many patients here who are also very happy with their results.

I had a temple lift, face/neck in May of 2025. I'm now nine months out and I couldn't be happier with the results. Dr Manav and staff are wonderful. I was apprehensive at first traveling by myself to Turkey but I felt very safe and well taken care of by the entire team. Defne, Elif, and the medical staff all made me feel comfortable and walked me through the journey. I'm so happy I'm going back for a breast lift this year.

Its nearly four months since my surgery, It will take another few months for things to completely settle. I am really pleased with my results, I had dp facelift, neck lift, upper and lower blepharoplasty, brow lift and fat transfer. Dr Safa is a very experienced surgeon. Dr Ali and his staff are remarkable I can’t recommend them enough. He’s a brilliant surgeon who corrected a previous face lift I’d had in the States. Everything from being picked up at the airport to follow up appointments was seamless the results of my surgery was remarkable. Dr Ali is amazing and an extremely talented surgeon. I really had a great experience when I went in September. It was easy to communicate with everyone because they spoke English! I had a tummy tuck, lipo 360, implants on a breast reduction and muscle repair! I love the way the results have been so far and can’t wait to see what the next few months down the road will look like! I would definitely recommend Dr. Fatih Algan to use as your surgeon!!

Medolea refused to do my surgery. When I asked the representative why, she told me it was because I am autistic. Apparently ‘autistic people’ get too anxious around hospitals and OTs and that makes anesthesia and recovery complex.
Edit** I have subsequently discovered that the representative was not provided with an explanation by the surgeon for the refusal, so instead of asking, she invented one. She chose autism as the reason for the refusal, which I was appalled by, hence this review. She realises it was a grave error and has apologised and promised not to repeat her mistake. I have no idea why I was refused surgery. The clinic have not justified it. I’m not that bothered about being refused by this clinic, but it doesn’t help me get the surgery I want. So all in all, my experience was a bit of a waste of time 🤷🏻‍♀️

I never felt rushed — instead, I felt that they genuinely cared about my concerns and wanted me to be fully informed. This gave me a lot of trust and peace of mind going into surgery.

On the day of the operation, I was a little nervous, but as soon as I arrived, the staff immediately made me feel calm and supported. The clinic itself was very clean, modern, and comfortable. The nurses and assistants were warm, attentive, and professional — they treated me with kindness from the moment I stepped in. I really felt like I was in safe hands.

When I woke up, the staff continued to take excellent care of me, making sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed for recovery.

Doctor Safa Manav performed my surgery and I am beyond amazed at the results even though my face is still swollen. His artistic stills combined with his surgical precision make him the best doctor I have encountered. Doctor Manav also has a staff that has surpassed my expectations. This hospital is beautiful! Everything is kept pristine, which is a big thing for me personally. The food your served is fresh, delicious and filling. You are given bottles of water and the staff ensure you never run out.

Elif is who I met when I got to the hospital in Istanbul. Elif immediately felt like a friend and it was so reassuring. There were no wait times for phone calls, texts or anything. She will drop everything for her patients.
I had my surgery 3 months ago, Elif still checks in with me making sure everything is going ok. She is just amazing. A fantastic and vital member of an amazing team.

And lastly, Elita. This lady was an angel. When I came out of surgery, she helped me with everything. She gave me water, sorted my food, helped me up and got me walking. She is quite possibly one of the kindest people I’ve met.
She came to check in with me back at the hotel and also accompanied me to my final check up in the hospital. She made my experience so peaceful.

Overall, I would highly recommend Dr Safa and his incredible team. I don’t think you will get a more professional, respectful, accommodating, family feel team.

The confidence Dr Safa has given me is life changing. I am a completely different person now.
