It used to be good not anymore, avoid.

It used to be good, not anymore. Order placed, email order confirmation received. Link to track progress of the order send you to error page, history of order in person account does not show the order. Customer service do not answer phone calls for the entire week. 6 business days later still no sign of the order. Thankfully I ordered via PayPal and will initiate dispute and claw back request. Never again.
