Medius has allowed our organization to gain efficiency, reduce costs, improve relationships with vendors, and most importantly, make the procure-to-pay process seamless, easy, and user-friendly. The accountability we have been able to implement throughout our business and the ease of obtaining approvals through automated task reminders has driven our invoicing process time down from weeks to days. Great product, friendly interface, good confidence level!

We use the Medius Paperless A/P solution throughout our entire U.S. Manufacturing operation, encompassing over 25 locations. We like the Purchase Order 3- way matching process. This has gained us so much productivity over our old manual matching process.
We also love the paperless feature. No more filing, paper pushing and manual approvals!
We enjoyed working with the Implementation and Sales teams, as they were very knowledgeable and helpful during our implementation process.
We even got to recommend some software enhancements that were specific to our needs, as we were an early customer at the time when software upgrades were being developed.
All in all, we are very pleased with the product and are very happy users !
