I ordered an item from that site that I never received. They provided some tracking showing that the USPS had delivered the item but when I contacted the post office they told me the tracking number was not from their system. The company had even charged me for insurance. They then told me they were going to replace the order and ship it again. They provided tracking that showed the item moving through China, then reaching and clearing customs in the U.S,. Then for over 10 days the status remained the same. Then all of a sudden they showed it had been delivered. Again I never received anything. I followed up with the company and asked for them to check the tracking. They replied with tracking pointing to the first shipment, again claiming it had been delivered.

Terrible customer service, terrible experience. I will never order from them again, as I feel I was scammed.

SCAM COMPANY!!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
ORDERED A MOISTURIZER, THEY CLAIMED IT WAS DELIVERED, GAVE A FAKE ORDER NUMBER, AND FAKE SHIPPING NUMBER. NOTHING CAME, FAKE SHIPPING NUMBER AND NO ONE TO HELP!

Do not order from them. I order and never received the product. The tracking information they provided was not valid, per the post office. I have tried calling them and is kept waiting until they hang up on me.

I order a brown makeup and received a moisteriser . I did not receive the product I ordered and and if I want to return I have to pay shipping to return unopened product, take the hit on the product opened and pay a penalty. Absolute Fraud to the highest degree.
