My experience has been very disappointing. The company only accepted payment in cryptocurrency, which already provides customers with virtually no protection or chargeback options. After I completed the payment, my account was restricted and I lost access to the service.
Customer support did not provide a clear explanation for the restriction. Instead of resolving the issue quickly, I was left waiting without a proper solution or a clear timeline. As a customer, this made me feel that my funds were effectively inaccessible.
The lack of transparency is the biggest concern. If a company accepts irreversible cryptocurrency payments, it should have clear verification procedures, explain why accounts are blocked, and provide a reliable dispute process. In my case, none of that happened.
I would recommend that anyone considering this service carefully research other customer experiences before sending cryptocurrency. Once crypto is transferred, recovering funds can be extremely difficult if any issue arises.
Overall, my experience was frustrating due to poor communication, account restrictions after payment, and the absence of an effective customer support process. I cannot recommend this service based on my experience.
