I had my dental treatment with MedLife group in Izmir and been very disappointed! Apart of a traumatic experience and poor communication with the staff at the clinic ( unable to speak English ) , I have had some problems with my crowns ( few fillings and screw came off ) which lately they have asked me to go to another dentist as they were unavailable. I have paid lots of money to have fixed my dental issues and they refused to refund the cost! At the final visit, I haven’t received any documents or warranty for my implants and crowns.
No empathy or care for patients from dentist! I wouldn’t recommend the dentist!

Very nice and helpful stuff as well great results 3years after I still always recommend Medlife to all those who are interested into their services which are many by the way. Thank you ☺️

Had breast surgery a few years ago and had a great experience. Staff are supportive and kept me informed of every step. Hotel facilities were fantastic.

The whole experience was great from arriving in Turkey to the day i left, all the staff made me feel very comfortable, explained in detail what was going to happen during my surgery and after, the aftercare was brilliant, one of the team came to the hotel to check on my recovery, I was able to book an extra 3 nights and book a double room so my husband to stay and look after me, the team even stayed in touch to check on my recovery even after i was home even now after 4 years, I would definitely recommend Medlife to family and friends.

I had some implants and bridge work done in 2020 and was very happy with the results. I am now looking to have two more implants and a 3 tooth bridge fitted soon. I t is always easy to communicate with Medlife staff and they are always very helpful and informative

I visited Medlife after I had done extensive research and I can honestly say it was a great experience. The service was amazing and I was looked after throughout my treatment.
I had several worries and concerns and these were all addressed well and they put me at ease .
I have no problem recommending this company .

From collection at airport to hotel excellent, the hotel itself was very basic room, we decided to upgrade to another hotel at our expense we felt that during recovery from surgery needed more home comforts, The surgery was explained in detail and was very reassuring coming from the surgeon. 6 months down the line and I’m over the moon with the results. Highly recommended this company awesome from start to finish and still checking up on my progress

I travelled from Ireland to Istanbul for eye surgery and had an excellent experience. Everything was very well organised — the transfers were smooth, the surgery went well, and the whole process felt professional and calm.

I’m quite an anxious patient (understatement of the year!), but the surgeon was patient and reassuring. The coordinators were kind, and helpful, and looked after me from start to finish, and I left with the necessary paperwork and aftercare details.
