Excellent service. I needed a script for treatment of a recurring acute condition. No local GP appointments available for 3 to 4 days. With Medmate I was able to speak to a GP over the phone, organise a script and commence needed treatment all within a few hours. Highly recommended.

Simple & convenient. I could not access my usual doctor on a weekend. The GP I spoke to was lovely. I was a bit surprised they charge the credit card as soon as the booking is made, rather than following the appointment, but I guess it's to secure the appointment. Aside from that, it was a good experience.

The Doctor contacted promptly and asked a lot of careful questions before providing treatment and gave good advice. Very professional.

The Medmate doctor was prompt, able to provide management for my concern, and asked if there was anything else they could help with. They also sent the script to my phone to make life easier! I'm very happy - thank you!

We have yet to receive our blood test results nearly two weeks after having it. No resolution to getting access to them. Multiple requests for help and extremely difficult to contact support for enquiries. Limited pathology centres willing to work with this company. Wouldn't personally use them again

Terrible app. Payment didn't work but script was dispensed by chemist who I couldn't pay over the phone. When chemist cancelled the order the script then disappeared. Nightmare! Took 3 hours of to and froing to sort

Great team, not only prompt and efficient diagnosis and treatment, but the next day, I was followed up on by Nurse Emmi, to check on my condition. Very grateful to Dr.Liu and the entire team

I reached out to Medmate during a period of severe panic disorder and somatic anxiety. After an initial nurse screening, I was told they'd follow up with GP times, but heard nothing for weeks. When I followed up, they claimed they tried calling, which was false: no missed calls, voicemails, or messages. When I was finally booked in, the GP didn’t call. Over an hour later, they rang to say the doctor had gone over time and they’d reschedule. Two more months passed before I got another email. Thankfully, I found help elsewhere, otherwise, I might not be here today. This is very negligent consider they were aware of my situation after the prescreening.

Twice I have used this service and twice they have sent scripts with the incorrect number of repeats.
It makes me question if the doctors are just ticking boxes or if they are actually listening when providing the telehealth appointments.

I used this service for the first time and boy is it easy and affordable! Service is fantastic from the GP to nurse Emmi who was lovely enough to follow up with me. I will definitely use again!

Call back was within expected time frame, Dr was audible & understandable. It was just like being in a physical room with a Dr, precise questions asked about my condition, suggestions and recommendations explained, best of all a follow up call to see if prescription was starting to work as intended - my consult rooms don't do that!

Disorganised, predatory business; poor communication.

They even hide the unsubscribe link in their emails by making the text colour the same as the background colour - Have some more integrity.

I received a prescription for antibiotics immediately after my telephone consult. Absolutely saved the day! A highly convenient and reliable option for those in need of prompt medical support.

Fast service, affordable and so convenient. The doctors are efficient and helpful, I didn’t have to wait in any waiting rooms while unwell and got an appointment for the day of my issue. Will absolutely be using again.

So convenient - was able to organise consult whilst I was at work. With chemist just around the corner to fill a script it was a really quick process.

Didn't even call me back. Useless. Claims 60-90 minute wait time for call from doctor, it has been nearly 4 hours and I've heard nothing.
