Do not use this company it is a scam! Placed my order 26th September on 24hour delivery and still not received it. They have not replied to my email.

I ordered a product from this shambles of a so called company, I used my Mastercard Credit Card for the purchase "Halls Mentho-Lyptus Throat Stick Pack Extra Strong - Singles £50.49 GBP @ 25 Sept 2024, 14:07 (5 days ago) AT 12:12 today I am told that "Order #19239 was canceled at your request and your payment has not yet been refunded. @ 14:33" I emailed back the following words "Good afternoon
I did NOT cancel this order
Please show details of my supposed cancellation

AT 14:38 I was allowed to RE-ORDER see the following text from them "

As a past business owner of a very successful Mechanical & Electrical Contracting Company NONE of the wholesalers who I undertook business with had treated me this way they know for a fact that I would NOT be undertaking anymore business with them, I'm not going to tell you the amounts that I spent suffice to say just about all the wholesalers accounts were in the six figure mark. So to be treated this way by a SUPPOSED genuine company will NOT get any more business from me OR my professional colleagues

Don"t gse thus site. I never received my order and was unable to contact them. They never responded to any emails and no phone number.

Have fad to get credit card company to refuse payment

Order placed on 5th September, Still not received the order on 21st September and they do not respond to my emails

I placed an order online and immediately realised I had ordered the wrong colour so sent an email requesting that they changed it. 5 days later the wrong item turned up. Did not receive a response to my email. No-one answers the telephone. Use this Company at your peril!

Didn’t get my order sent loads of emails and phoned still no response I want a refund on my order and postage charges back this firm is a joke I’m fumeing

Do not buy from this company I ordered perfume which I know is low quality they have ignored 3 emails.

I had been concerned, but the Macushield items did arrive after 9 days. There had been no communication for a week, so I raised the issue with my bank. Then I was informed the package was on its way to me.

I ordered some eyedrops.

When they arrived the box was open, but had been cellotaped shut and the bottle was empty!

I emailed customer services to tell them and ask for a refund and was told the box must have come open during transit.

Not sure how the cellotape got on the box and the pump bottle became empty during transit.

Quite clearly I was sent a used item, something that is supposed to go in my eye!

Needless to say, I won’t be ordering from Meds4You again.

Placed an order, no info since and zero response to three emails.
Have had no choice but to report company to bank as a scam.
Next step action fraud, do not use this company’s website!
