They failed to deliver on the contract

They failed to deliver on the contract. They were supposed to match me with a resident in the field I was applying to. They were unable to do that. It was a complete breach of contract.

That part wasn't as bad as the fact that they think they are entitled to keep $250 for failure. They list rows and rows of residents as consultants, but many of those are not active with the company.

They also on their website only feature reviews from RaveCapture. Why? Because not everyone can review them. I found that out too. It allows them to cherry-pick, unlike TrustPilot, where anyone can review them.

Luckily I was able to get a contract with Inspira Advantage. I only mentioned them for those who, like me, really are looking for help with residency applications and to do mock interviews. It will help you get to a legitimate company that can actually help you (versus these people who think they are entitled to money when they didn't provide me with a single service of any kind).

Med School Insiders is a very dishonest…

Med School Insiders is a very dishonest company. I know this because I was misled by their deceptive advertising and sales practices and paid a huge price, simply trying to help my son with his medical school applications.

Please save yourself some money and heartache before giving them any of your hard earned money and heed my warning.

Med School Insiders is a very deceptive company. Before I signed the dotted line, I was reassured by their salesperson, Patrick, on the phone, that they offer a 100% money back gaurantee if I was ever dissatisfied with their services within the first 30 days, but this is not true.

If you read the very fine print, on the tenth paragraph, and burried deep within their "terms and conditions", they do not offer any 100% money back gaurantee, so be very cautions in dealing with this company.

Their services are not worth the money and they don't even have a phone number to reach them directly once you've paid them your hard earned cash.

Don't be a sucker like I was or you will be SOL. Stay away from them and save your money. There are much better services to help with medical and residency school applications. Best of luck!

We’re sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with our services. We’d like to clarify a few points. Our team is incredibly clear and transparent about our refund policy, including the very small administrative fee and processing costs, which are industry standards—nearly all companies include similar fees to cover third-party payment processing expenses. Our sales team, including Patrick, is trained to share clear details about our refund policy, and as you mentioned, they are also included in our Terms and Conditions.

Unfortunately, we noticed you left an identical review for another admissions consulting company two days before, which suggests a suspicious pattern we find concerning. The 100% money-back guarantee is designed to ensure our customers are completely satisfied, not a system to be gamed for free services from one company to the next. Our goal is to provide valuable, honest support to students, and we take these kinds of reviews seriously.

We’d be happy to discuss this with your further and would like to hear what about our actual services you were dissatisfied with. We’re always trying to improve based on feedback from our customers.
