I have purchased 3 items from them and the first two were delivered on time and as described. I had a delivery failure on the third, which was reported to them and the matter was resolved within 24 hours without any quibble.

Delivery issues / lack of communication
Paid extra for next day delivery. 5 days later still waiting for the items to be dispatched and delivered ! Poor customer service. Updated to say meds have now been delivered. They were out of stock. All of this could have been avoided if the company had communicated with me. Next day delivery costs refunded.

Ordered medication for next day but never came
Ordered medication for next day delivery. 2 days later it still hasn’t arrived! I ask for a telephone call however nobody rang me. The company want me to wait a further 2 more days before they will resent it. It took 3 days in the end! They did not dispatch it until the next day after 4pm. Why did they offer next to delivery when they know that the Royal mail is not reliable? Why did they not use more reliable Delivery Service services? What’s the point paying for next delivery when you get it until Three days later? That standard delivery!
