I enrolled in this company’s medication subscription service. After experiencing significant GI side effects, I contacted the clinical team for guidance. I was advised to lower my dose and not resume treatment until my symptoms improved. At that time, I had not even finished my current medication supply.
When I later contacted the company, I was informed that the lower dose and type I had been advised to use was unavailable and that substitutions were being offered instead. I clearly stated that I did not consent to any substitutions and wanted to cancel my treatment. I was told that billing would contact me to resolve the issue or cancel the order.
Instead, approximately 10 minutes after that conversation, an order was processed for a different medication despite my clear request not to proceed. Prior to my cancellation request, no new medication had been processed because additional authorization was still required, even though I had already been charged through the automatic subscription renewal.
I understand the company has a subscription policy, but I believe my situation warranted an exception. I experienced adverse effects, followed the medical advice I was given to pause treatment, had not finished my current medication, the recommended lower dose was unavailable, I declined all substitutions, and my request to cancel was not honored before a different medication was processed.
I am requesting a refund of the subscription charge and cancellation of the processed order.

Horrible customer service, bad communication and multiple attempts to reactivate cancel account by them. Not refunds provide on damage products.

They scam you and don’t tell you that you are paying for a subscription in the beginning when you sign up and not per month buying a new amount of medicine. And then they tell you that you cannot cancel the subscription. They also charge you regardless of whether they send you their prescription of course since it’s a subscription. All their staff is AI.
