Professional and helpful dealing with Probate House Sale
I recently had to deal with the probate sale of my late brother's house.
I had never dealt with anything like this before.
I was amazed at how supportive and kind everyone at Medway Law was when I communicated with them about the sale.
Johnathan Brown was especially considerate and helped me when I had problems unlocking documents he had emailed me.
The receptionist, whose name I can't remember, was also very patient and understanding when I couldn't figure out what I had to do.
I would recommend Medway Law to anyone in a similar situation to my own.

Easy and efficient Conveyencing
Medway Law efficiently handled the sale of our property. Each step was clearly communicated from start to finish. Being able to sign and submit documents digitally took out the stress and inconvenience of having to take time out from work to attend a Solicitor's office in person. This ensured the timely completion of the sale.

Scam
Medway law have represented the vendor of the property we are buying and have delayed it by months due to inaction and incompetence. They do not engage and do not respond to emails or phone calls, they sit on important documentation for weeks and have needed to be chased every step of the way. Everything is now in place for us to exchange and they are now not responding or actioning what they are required to do so it will undoubtedly be delayed further. They are an embarrassment to the profession, but they don't care because they are creaming millions. Should not be in business. Clearly write their own positive reviews on this site.

Excellent All Round Service With Friendly, Efficient Staff
I was really impressed by Medway Law.
The house my brother and I were selling was through auction. We had a buyer and Medway Law were super-efficient at communications and I loved the electronic documents and electronic signatures which made the legal process so much faster and easier. From memory the only paper documentation requiring snail-mail was proof of identity - a legal requirement.
Unfortunately our first buyer decided not to go ahead but rather than start the whole process again once a second buyer was found, Medway Law were hyper-efficient in making sure the buyer's solicitors were advised of all the information that they needed to facilitate the sale in double-quick time.
On the personal side, all the staff I dealt with were knowledgeable, friendly and willing to spend time explaining process etc. when needed, which was useful because I have never sold a house at auction before. But I particularly want to thank Zoie and Rachel for their efforts on our behalf. The Company's connectedness with iamsold and Zoie's and Rachel's efforts meant a hugely satisfying experience from my perspective. I genuinely cannot believe how quickly the sale went through once a second buyer had been found.

Support and information for online sale
The staff dealing with my sale contacted me personally on the phone, which I found very reassuring. They kept me informed at all stages and answered any queries I had fully and promptly. I felt anxious about doing this process online but the people helping me were very supportive and talked me through the process via email and on the phone. They provided me with lots of information and followed up whether I was ok with it and had any questions. I completed the sale on the planned date.
