Have used this company over the last 2 years to fit several windows, bay windows, internal and external doors and patio doors. Would thoroughly recommend this company- their admin, sales, workmanship and installation team are all first rate. Their pricing seems competitive too - wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.

Excellent products. Installers arrived on time and installed window in good time and left the room tidy and clean. All staff are polite and informative. A special mention to Kelly, who was helpful and prompt in keeping me informed.

I've had a very positive experience with this company and am currently arranging a second set of windows with them, which probably says more than any review could.

What really stands out is the administrative side of the business. Communication is excellent, responses are prompt, and the entire quotation and ordering process is transparent and professional. The use of Tradebase system makes everything easy to follow, with quotes, documents, invoices and updates all available in one place. It's refreshing to deal with a company that keeps customers informed every step of the way and doesn't require constant chasing for information.

The only area where I feel there is room for improvement is quality control during installation. The fitters were polite and hardworking, but at times it felt like the pace of the installation took priority over some of the finer details. Window installation is one of those jobs where small finishing touches and careful adjustment can make a significant difference to the final result.

That said, I'm quite particular when it comes to workmanship and finishing standards, so my expectations are probably higher than most. Overall, I have been very happy with the service and would have no hesitation recommending the company. If the same level of attention to detail seen in the administration and customer communication was consistently reflected throughout every stage of installation, they would be difficult to fault.

Perfect from start to finish, the email updates from Kelly were excellent in detail and the installers did a superb job. Recommend this company to anyone looking to update their windows and doors, competitive price also.

Had a new door installed by this brilliant company today. Kelly in the office was lovely. The installer, Paul was friendly, professional and did a great job. The company kept us updated and we even got the job done earlier than the due date.

Medway Doors and Windows provided a prompt and transparent quotation without negotiation games. The price was calculated and that's the price we paid, which was competitive compared with quotes from alternative companies. The installation consisted of new bedroom window, porch door plus composite front door, and was completed smoothly within one day. The installers, Dan and Harry, were professional and efficient, with the added bonus of being nice people too. The choice of available styles and colors was vast and we got precisely what we wanted. Would highly recommend this company.

We had a window fitted yesterday in our daughters bedroom . You would honestly not know they had been there . The fitter was very professional , clean tidy and very respectful of our property. Everything was finished to a fantastic standard and we are so pleased with the final result . The fitter made sure everything was how it was and left nothing short of pristine . As I said above you would never of known they had been there . Fantastic neat and tidy finish and we can already feel and see the benefits of having the window replaced.

Medway Windows and Doors installed new windows in my whole property, along with new front and porch doors.
From start to finish they were polite, professional and hard-working.
Under the steady guidance of Kathryn, the boys did an excellent job and proceeded at a good pace. At the end of each day they cleaned up very well and explained what would happen next.
A few small snags were quickly dealt with to our satisfaction. We were delighted with the end result and the price.

If I could give more stars I would.
From start to finish everything has been so easy regarding the ordering and fitting of our new front door.

The ladies Kathryn and Kelly in the office were so nice, knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble.

Replaced rotting wooden conservatory french doors with UPVC . The quotation process to installation was outstanding , good quality product at competitive prices with an excellent install team in Dan and Paul. Have been so impressed am looking to replace the rest of the aging structure with same . Highly recommend

Our windows and front door were replaced in January 2022 and we have been extremely pleased with them. Unfortunately I had an accident with my kitchen window causing the internal pane to crack. I e mailed Kathryn to get a price to replace the unit and I had an immediate response saying she would look into it and get back to me. The next day they said that they would replace the unit free of charge which is wonderful as I broke it. They would have replaced it within the week if I had been available. They have now been out and replaced the unit leaving it clean and tidy. Thank you, exceptional service and very pleasant staff. Would highly recommend.
