While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more
To protect platform integrity, every review on our platform—verified or not—is screened by our 24/7 automated software. This technology is designed to identify and remove content that breaches our guidelines, including reviews that are not based on a genuine experience. We recognise we may not catch everything, and you can flag anything you think we may have missed. Read more

MedX Pharmacy is one of the UAE's fastest-growing omnichannel pharmacy and wellness retailers, with 24+ branches across Dubai and Ras Al Khaimah and a full-service online store at medxpharmacy.com. What began as a community pharmacy has grown into a destination for health, beauty and performance — a single place where you can collect a prescription, discover your next serum, and restock your protein in one trip or one checkout. Our range spans more than 16,000 products across pharmacy and OTC, beauty and skincare, derma-cosmetics, sports nutrition, mother and baby, and everyday wellness. Skincare is where we go deepest: dermatologist-recommended derma-cosmetic brands sit alongside a curated, ever-expanding K-Beauty collection — cleansers, essences, ampoules, sunscreens and sheet masks from the Korean labels our customers actually ask for. Every product is sourced through authorised channels and stored under proper conditions, so what arrives at your door is exactly what you'd pick up in-store. For fitness, MedX carries a serious sports nutrition line-up — whey and plant proteins, creatine, pre-workouts, amino acids, and daily vitamins — with staff who can tell you what actually suits your training and your goals rather than what's on promotion. Shopping online with MedX means unbeatable offers: continuous promotions across beauty and nutrition, bundle and multi-buy deals, exclusive online-only pricing, and fast UAE-wide delivery, with click-and-collect from your nearest branch. Our pharmacists are available in-store and online to answer questions before you buy. Above all, MedX is built on trust — licensed pharmacists, genuine products, transparent pricing and a team that treats every customer like a regular. We read every review here, and we'd genuinely like to hear how we did.
