Serena implemented a 5 week dance program for Year 6 students preparing for Graduation. Students responded very enthusiastically to Serena’s approach to teaching all elements of the dances. All lessons were delivered with professionalism, energy and flexibility. We will definitely be engaging Medyrevolution next year as we were all very impressed with the program and Serena!
I attended a Preschool teachers PD session with Serena. The scene was set with props and book that we could look at on arrival. The information provided was wonderful and my big takeaway was around focusing on breathing with children and really modelling that and making it part of daily practice. I could see this being really useful as a parent workshop. We didn't really touch on the Dance aspect, so I'm wondering if there could possibly be a follow up session - there was so much wonderful content to cover. Thank you Serena for a really hands implement on PD with lots of ideas that I can implement in my setting straight away
Thank you so much for an engaging, thoughtful and meaningful PL opportunity. Your passion was clear and the research you had put into the presentation that made it relevant for preschool staff was evident. The references to resources and books was great and breaking the PL up into opportunities to contribute and also try some yoga assisted too.
