I won't sell to them again
PLEASE STAY AWAY!!! I won't sell to them again, phone received in impeccable condition, they sent a photo back to me showing flimsy dirt only to deduct £100 from original agreed price. I had no choice as I was really in need of the money to pay some Emergency expenses. Something was dodgy in my opinion. I will advise against if you are desperate for cash!!!

Quoted 135, offered 80 after receipt and have returned with scratches not there when sent. Pretty routine for this industry, I chose this company due to higher than average reviews but can only suppose that is because they are gaming the review system. Avoid.

Wow, amazing service. Super easy to send, & then upon receiving my phone, I received several emails to confirm they had received the phone & was booked in to the warehouse. Just over 1 hour later, it was accepted & payment sent, & money was in my account. Price received was very competitive to. Will definitely use again.

Simple web proces but...
Simple web process and a good quote for my old mobile BUT they reduced the quote by 50% because of "multiple scratches on the frame." In my view the actual condition was near perfect; always protected by a leather case. So feeling very short-changed.

Change offers and steal accessories
Was offered 85 but then they changed it to 40 because of a very minor scrape on the back (barely visible) it stated they would only change the offer for cracks, dents and tech issues with the phone. The quote was for a "used" device not a new one. They then kept all my accessories and only sent the phone back. I was told it was thei policy to not send everything back. Do not use these scammers.

Overall Great
I was a little worried after reading some bad recent reviews, but Meelie had offered me nearly £100 more than any other place for my iPhone.
I didn’t use the free post option, so it cost me £20 to send my phone with appropriate insurance.
They emailed me as soon as they received my phone the next day, they didn’t quibble on the offer and paid out as soon as I’d sent ID over.
Would definitely use them again.

Was initially a little bit unsure and sceptical as I'd never used the company before, but found the entire process extremely straightforward and professional from beginning to end. Sent a phone in and got paid the very next day. Encountered no issues.

The damage that wasn't.
I sold my Google pixel 7a to Meelie mobile. I was offered £77. The phone was in excellent condition, it's always been in a case and had a glass proctor on the screen. Once they received the phone they said it will need to be tested and after this I'll receive my payment. I received a counter offer via email. They said the back cover of the phone had a small crack. Because of this they offered £10 or I could have my phone return.They sent a picture of a mark or scratch possibly. I wasn't convinced so opted to have the phone returned.
When returned I examined the phone and the so-called crack was a small mark which with rubbing alcohol came off. I took the phone to CEX where it was examined in front of me and they confirmed there was no crack. Be very careful if they undercut their original offer. They tried it with me but I knew the condition of the phone and wasn't having any of it

I can't recommend this lot. I input my phone's details including IMEI number and received a price. They've since told me they can't accept it due it being a non-EU model. This should have been picked up when giving the phone's details. £35 To Return Phone! I feel like I've been scammed.

While we do ask for device details, including the IMEI, some restrictions—such as whether a device is an EU or non-EU model—can only be fully confirmed during physical inspection. In this case, the device was identified as a non-EU model, which unfortunately falls outside of our purchasing criteria.
The return fee covers insured delivery as well as the handling fee associated with processing and returning the device safely. This is outlined within our terms. We appreciate that this may be disappointing, but we aim to be as transparent as possible.

Really impressed with the whole…
Really impressed with the whole experience.
I was a bit unsure at first as my phone had an intermittent fault and I’d been told elsewhere it might only be worth very little. However, the process with Meelie was straightforward from start to finish.
The packaging and postage were easy to arrange, communication was clear, and once they received the device the assessment was quick. I was especially pleased that they honoured the original quoted price with no hassle, which made a big difference.
Payment was also incredibly fast — I received the money in my bank almost immediately after confirmation.
Overall, a smooth, honest and efficient service. Would definitely recommend and use again.
