Been an avid customer of Meels for quite a while now and has never been but amazing. The meals themselves are very healthy and tasty. They even have options for breakfast and snacks. In addition, the customer service has been very kind and responsive.

We have been ordering twice a week from MEELS for the last several months and we love it! The portion sizes are excellent, the ingredients are fresh, the food is very tasty, and it is really convenient. I am in the habit now of ordering every Friday for Sunday and Wednesday deliveries. I would highly recommend them!

Food is tasty and portions are perfect! Just wish they had more selections, but this definitely does the trick and I will continue to order as it’s a great time saver from meal prep on Sunday’s!

Definitely one of the better meal services I've tried. Excellent meals when they were first starting out, though they do seem to be suffering lately from a reduction in quality of the meals/cooking. The fish can be overcooked and the variety isn't as delicious as it was last winter/spring. Can be under-seasoned so you have to buy their extra sauces. But reliable if you're looking to eat healthy with little fuss.

This is the best meal delivery service. I love how healthy and delicious all the meals are, and it’s great how you can customize the sides. There are usually 3 side options for each meal which makes it easy to accommodate different peoples’ needs (which works out well for my husband and me, who have different dietary needs). They have tons of variety and come out with new meals often.

Not every item is the best thing I’ve ever had, and the sodium is pretty high, but otherwise they’re great. Easy delivery, consistent. Love the macros calculation.

Meels is the only meal delivery service that my family will use. They prioritize quality first and foremost, and this is very important to us. Organic wherever possible, ethically sourced meat and fish, gluten and refined sugar free, and cook their food in non-industrialized oils that are safe and healthy! 100% highly recommend.

I tried a few meal deliveries and meels is my favorite. I love it’s organic and I can pick the meals I want each week. I am a meat eater but love I can balance with vegan options. The delivery process is easy and arrives when indicated.

We've tried other food delivery services and so far this one has been the best.
Ingredients are fresh and cooked to perfection. The only thing I'd like to see is a low sodium option.
Deliveries are vastly better than previous meal programs and have always been on time. Well packed & worth the $2 for an ice pack We certainly will continue using Meels !

I really love this meal service. I tried out another one the week after my first Meels order and it did not compare at all! The flavour of these dishes is great and the portion size is very filling. I also LOVE the packaging its a really nice touch. The price is also very reasonable
