Good board, slow delivery

The delivery estimate was way off. Instead of 2-7 business days it was 3 weeks.

The board (Rover) is great so far and mostly delivers what was promised. Real world range for me has so far been about 20 km on the low setting, on about +10 C temperatures, with some moderate uphills and riding mostly on asfalt spiced with some gravel roads. Faster modes eat battery more aggressivily, so it's some times a hard choise between more fun or more range. As it is pretty comfortable to ride, it would greatly benefit from a bigger battery, giving more range for longer sessions. As for how it handels with different kind of road surfaces, I haven't so far found a normal road that could not be ridden with confidence. The big tires eat everything up to pretty big curbs without the board trying to throw you off.

So, only complaints so far are:
1. the delivery promise. Please give real time estimates instead of false promises.
2. range and battery size. Personally I could pay a little bit more for a bigger battery, as an extra option for example.

My first eboard and I'm totally hooked, most fun thing I have owned in years. Probably will need an upgrade to a bigger and faster board pretty soon, the appetite grows pretty fast :D

Thank you for your feedback! We are thrilled to hear you’re enjoying your first e-board and the Rover experience.

We sincerely apologize for the delivery delay. Due to ongoing global logistical tensions and customs clearance issues, shipping took longer than expected. To improve this, we have started stocking certain models in our EU warehouse for faster delivery.

Enjoy the ride, and please stay safe out there!
