I received a damaged product and promptly raised a replacement request on 23rd May. However, as of 1st June, the replacement has still not been shipped, which is highly unacceptable.
Despite reaching out to Meesho customer support multiple times and requesting a clear justification for the delay, I have not received any satisfactory response. The lack of accountability and clarity is extremely disappointing.
Additionally, the support experience has been unhelpful and frustrating, reflecting very poor customer service standards.
I expect immediate action on this matter along with a clear update on the shipment of my replacement.

I want to give Negative rating to Meesho. Their customer service sucks.I was scammed by Meesho. A blood stained white saree was delivered to me by COD from unknown. On multiple follow up with customer care a return was arranged, but they sent wrong product image to delivery partner who came to pick up. I ended up handing the parcel to the delivery person. Meesho has not initiated my Refund yet. It’s frustrating that I spent 8 days chasing this scam and lost my money. Meesho is a Bogus app.. people should stay away from it.

Disappointing services
There is a lot of issue with Meesho's pickup and other services. They don't even have a Helpline number.
The pickup guy keeps on delaying the pickup and updated status as cancelled return from his end.
I'd strongly suggest to buy the products from Amazon and Flipkart. They have similar products

The delivery boy was behaving badly and said come and collect the order. I called Meesho customer care and they said that they do not have any complaint. You should call after 2 hours.
Facing trouble with a pick up since 3 weeks??
Overall the brand is not that bad...so far I hadn't faced any issue with them, untill there was this one folding table I bought, they sent wrong colour and a damaged one...hence I requested return.. the first pick up partner came the day after and he didn't have 'enough space' to carry the product hence he denied the pick up. And the problem started.. either agents don't have space, or big enough a bag to carry the table...then after 3rd attempt no one came for pick up. Everyday i receive one message giving pick up code but no one turns up..and this is continuing since 3 weeks, go to customer care, they assure it will be well taken care of as they have generated a ticket for the complain.. but nothing happens.. I am stuck at the moment..

Do not add or use any credit or debit cards on this app. I ordered an item using my credit card, and within seconds, it was used for an unauthorized international transaction. Luckily, I had international usage blocked on my card. This app is a fraud.

Shadow fax Meesho delivery partner has illmannered and disrespectful delivery boys. More over they dont deliver to your door step. If you complaint about them to Meesho you end up loosing your parcel and no one is accountable for it. Pathetic shadow fax delivery
Scamming CUSTOMERS
I ordered quite many items. Most of them arrived good quality. Some of them arrived broken then we requested refund. They added credit on account, we ordered new item using Credit and then Driver arrive with a delivery and requested money, my mother-in-law she didn’t know that the item was paid online and she gave the money to the Driver. When I contacted to Meesho they told us nothing they can do about that. It’s all our fault fully disrespectful company who don’t care about CUSTOMERS and who provide a job to greedy drivers! I will never place a order again from this company because they are scamming people!

Last sunday i paid rs.119 for small jhumkis online during the discount sales and was waiting for the delivery,the shop has suddenly raised the price to Rs.175 and it itself cancelled the order.If i need rebuy i have to pay Rs.175,what a nasty trick unfortunately at meesho except the help center no direct customer interaction with any manager or valid email,very bad experience
I had one of the worst shopping experience
I had one of the worst shopping experiences with Meesho, and I’m honestly shocked at how poorly they handle customer complaints and returns.
I ordered 2 table lamps together, and BOTH products arrived damaged and broken. I immediately raised return requests for both items, thinking the issue would be resolved quickly. But it has now been more than 12–15 days, and the pickup is still not completed.
Every single time, the pickup agents reschedule the pickup themselves without any OTP or reschedule confirmation from my side. Their reason? “The product is heavy.” The delivery agents always arrive on a 2-wheeler and refuse to take the package back. If your logistics partners cannot handle basic return pickups, then why are such products even being sold on the platform?
I have called customer support multiple times for BOTH orders. Every time, they say:
- “We have escalated the issue.”
- “Please wait 4–6 working days.”
- “A complaint has been raised.”
And then? NOTHING.
The complaint gets closed without resolution, and the cycle repeats again and again. I even requested multiple times to speak with a senior executive, but apparently their “seniors are always busy on another call.” This happened repeatedly.
Honestly, if a company cannot resolve such a simple customer issue even after 15 days, multiple complaints, endless calls, and constant follow-ups, then it seriously raises concerns about how they are managing such a large platform.
Their logistics partners like Shadowfax and Xpressbees have made this experience even worse. Neither of them has been able to arrange a proper pickup for a simple table lamp return. Instead, customers are forced to waste their own time calling delivery agents, customer care, and following up every single day.
This entire experience has been mentally exhausting, frustrating, and a complete waste of time and money.
Customer service is not just about selling products — it’s about taking responsibility when things go wrong. Right now, Meesho has completely failed at that.
I would strongly advise people to think twice before ordering fragile or expensive items from Meesho unless they are prepared to deal with damaged products, endless delays, irresponsible logistics, and zero actual resolution.
