Great service! 3rd time buying from them
I bought a Ruffoni stainless pan on Sunday, and it arrived in Brussels on Tuesday. Upon receiving the email confirmation of my order, I noticed that the address was incorrect. I promptly contacted them on WhatsApp, and they responded quickly, rectifying the address to the correct one.
The pan was intended as a gift for my partner. I selected the 'gift' option on the website before making the payment and included a message to be placed on a card. The pan arrived wrapped in wrapping paper, along with the card containing my message. However, the only 'negative' aspect was that they wrapped the pan as it was, making it very obvious that it was a pan 😬. Consequently, I had to hide the gift inside the delivery box for a few days.
Apart from that minor inconvenience, I will definitely consider buying from them again in the future!

Having outgrown a Shun 200mm gyuto I decided it was time for a new gyuto, there are no good knife shops in Ireland so after doing a lot of online searching and research I contacted de Meesterslijpers seeking their advice and after outlining what I was looking for they came back with some really helpful advice. On the basis of their advice I purchased a JNS Kaeru Kasumi SLD Gyuto 240mm. Shipping was prompt, everything arrived perfectly packed. I’m really looking forward to the Christmas cooking with my new knife.
