Tried this tool because of all the…

Tried this tool because of all the positive reviews.. my experience with it has been absolutely terrible. After following their recommendation, my LinkedIn account got banned, after which they refused to even refund me (even though I am based in EU and have the right to ask for a refund for 14 days after buying)

I can not express how much I don't recommend them, and suggest going for any of the other automation tools available.

I have been using meet Alfred for about…

I have been using meet Alfred for about a month , so I’m a very new user
I’m still learning the ropes but in the little time I’ve been using it (mostly for LinkedIn automation) I’ve found several potential deals which is super exciting because it will only get better with consistency
I have yet to fully maximize all its uses but from what I’ve seen so far the potential is really great!

With all of the AI tools in the market…

With all of the AI tools in the market today, the true and real experience comes from the humans that support their product. I was blown away by the simplicity of the Meet Alfred platform, and warmed by the 'human' support behind. Everyone wants to see you succeed. And yes, that might mean you upgrade in the future, but when the ROI is there, and the support to go along with it, that eventually is pleasantly inevitable.

Referred and WORTH IT

Your software was referred to me by a friend who automates LinkedIn Outreach for clients. The setup was easy and the system is fair in reaching out to my prospects, also has set intervals between connection requests to protect my account from being restricted. 5 Stars!

Don't Pick Meet Aflred! Pick any other Linkedin Automation Tool

I wanted to take a few moments to share my experience with Meet Alfred, a product that I've been using on and off since 2017. As a long-term customer, I've seen the ups and downs of the platform, but more recently, what I've experienced is leaving me with no choice but to write this feedback.

On March 19th, I paused my account, but unfortunately, I accidentally unpaused it on the same day. I was charged on the 20th, but almost immediately realized my mistake and reached out to the account team asking for help. I requested a refund and a pause on my account, as I wasn't planning to use the service. The response I received from Rhea, from the accounts team, was frankly appalling.

She provided me with excuses as to why they could not refund the entire amount, despite being a larger company and having little to no costs associated with this charge. I was refunded only 2 of 3 months that I was billed for, which was not enough considering my request came within hours of being charged. Rhea's attitude was not welcoming, and her lack of empathy for a loyal and long-term customer was discouraging.

As a small business and start-up, we understand the nuances and challenges in running a business. Still, there's no excuse for a lack of transparency and delivering poor customer service, like what I've experienced. Additionally, Meet Alfred is not a cheap tool, and there are other products on the market available to consumers with more features and top-tier quality service.

I value transparency, honesty, and good customer service, and it is clear that Meet Alfred did not deliver on these values during my recent interaction. If you're a long-term customer like me, I suggest you start investing your money into other available products on the market that will give you the quality service you deserve.

EDIT: To be clear, they refunded me in my account and to my credit card which serves me in absolutely 0 ways. It's like accidentally paying for a Gym membership, canceling and then they refund you with credits you can use at the gym. How dumb. The product itself hasn't changed hardly since 2017, so if you're reading this do yourself a favor and try any of the other competitors. They're fairly priced and have much better service and products as I've already tested 3-4 others. I only stayed with this for so long due to priorities in the business and changing software wasn't the most important.
