Support is LIGHTNING fast, so on point. System WAY more reliable than others. I left to try a competitor, but came back. I was really impressed by the level of attentive customer service, and personalized service I received. It is pretty easy to use, and set up campaigns. If I ever had any questions, the agents responded right away. There are several technical limitations that didn't work for my business. There is no dedicated custom IP tracking, my emails did get blocked, and I lost about 15 days of not being able to send emails in 3 months. Hurt my business. The analytics could be easier to read and access. I bought the quarterly service to try it out. For the pricing, you don't get the most bang for your buck.

We use Alfred for LinkedIn automations and email campaigns.
Email campaigns can certainly be implemented well elsewhere, but in LinkedIn campaigns and in combination with emails, Alfred really offers a great solution.

The user interface is very well designed, you have all the same functions as with other more expensive providers, and creating campaigns is simple and transparent.

In terms of price, all conventional providers are not much different, but Alfred is one of the cheapest. If you commit to a one-year term, you get a 40% discount.

The fast customer support in the live chat is particularly good, every question was answered individually and within a maximum of 4 minutes.

MeetAlfred is a great tool for LinkedIn prospecting. Probably the best out there. It's easy to use and it saves you hours of work. I use this tool to connect with my ideal clients, build a relationship with them and also book meetings. So far it's helped me tremendously.

Overall I am happy with the whole experience I've had with meet alfred - it gives you the tools to really attack clients especially on Linkedin. My only criticism is its not very visual & theirs not enough options to trigger a message.
