Foolishly I paid for this abuse..
I thought I would give this company a chance, and in January I bought a subscription. My search came back with 4 accounts. 1 is my current employer and 2 are old accounts with nothing in them, and a final account was found with property for me to claim. All the avenues they provided led nowhere. Nothing to be found anywhere, even tho they promise 98% certainty that the accounts are mine, holding, and ready to rollover.
Needless to say, I canceled my subscription. It is now April, and they are still taking money out of my checking account, and emailing me about more accounts found.
There are other apps that offer the same search, I suggest you look away from this smoke and mirror company.

Due to my misunderstanding, I was charged the subscription price. I was able to communicate that I no longer wanted the service and was allowed to cancel and receive a refund. I was never made to feel uncomfortable by this situation. I was handled professionally and courteously. If only this kind of customer service existed in all platforms.
