The complimentary trial period was appreciated; however, I ultimately did not require the services of Beagle and consequently canceled the subscription on the same day. Despite this, I was subsequently charged the full subscription fee, which prompted me to contact customer service. Angel provided a prompt and effective resolution, facilitating a full refund.

I saw a charge from meetbeagle.com on my credit card statement & had no idea what it was for. It turns out I had apparently "subscribed" to a service, which I didn't remember or want. I emailed support, expecting a hassle. Couldn't be further from the truth. Ms. Mayvy responded swiftly, explained the charge, and offered to refund it if I wanted to cancel the subscription, which I did. No hard sell or reluctance from her. She immediately approved the refund. Her reasonable and generous reply was so impressive. It speaks well of her and her company. If I need the services of meetbeagle.com in the future I will not hesitate to contact them. I wish all companies were so responsive and easy to work with. Many thanks to Ms. Mayvy.

Beagle actually found TWO 401ks that I had from previous employers! I had no idea they even existed! Very grateful and I can certainly use the money! They did exactly what they promised they’d do, all companies should really take note!
