Bobi is a reliable and thoughtful product that allowed me to low down. With anxiety it felt like I was hyperventilating through out the day but by using bobi I was able to calm down and take some time to focus on my breathing.

'bobi' introduced me to the power of controlled breathing. However, it was not until I synchronised my breathing with hand contractions that I experienced a degree of calm it is difficult for a non-participant to appreciate. This deceptively simple device truly puts, 'your health in your hands.' The wonder is it took me so long to find it.

I was introduced to MeetBOBI approximately 1 month ago and have found that the product exceeded my expectations. I use box breathing as part of my daily routine and before I commence any motivational speaking activities and to reduce my stress and anxiety. MeetBOBI simplifies this process with maximum benefit, which I love. I would highly recommend MeetBOBI to any of my fellow colleagues or anyone who wants to reduce their stress or anxiety. Bobi is such a great device. I’m trying to get my self to breath through my nose during exercise because I heard it helps decrease your heart rate. I’m a terrible mouth breather and Bobi has helped that, I use it for 3 minutes in between sets at the gym and I’m ready to keep training. I’ve noticed a huge difference in my stress levels too after using it. So simple and easy but it’s crazy how much it has benefited me
