I have not been able to return 2 items I bought for me mum that is too big. There is NO RETURN OPTION. ABSOLUTE SCAM. I received an email to return the items back to the states, when I am in London. They should have a return option, and have this covered within there company. Absolute rubbish. Never again will I use this website.

Same as all the other negative comments. Still in (negotiations) about refund of money. Was given a false shipping address and they are now claiming that double handling and shipping fees need to be deducted from the refund for each item however, they were shipped and handled together in the same package (which I do not believe they ever intend to issue). Now saying keep the items, they don't want them back and are bargaining on me refund amount.
I have issued a formal complaint with ACCC and suggest all other buyers do the same that are from Australia. And all correspondence will be provided to the complaint process.
Returning is a nightmare.
I ordered 10 costumes to try. They were good quality but. Found them quite revealing at the top, I have big boobs. Emailed to ask for return details, they offered me a credit note. I said no so they offered me £60 to keep the costumes, I spent £380. We battled for weeks in the end I got £200 back and kept costumes. Which I’m now selling on vinted. Wish I’d read reviews first

After an ALMOST $600 order I get an email saying I can't return anything and my order must be for a store?!? Whattt they're all in one size?? Wish I'd read the reviews before buying, bought 5 weeks before my holiday so it would arrive on time, 3 weeks later it's not even passed the 'payment review' stage so refund requested... watch this space if I have to reclaim through credit card as a dispute or not! Update - claim my payment never went through and thays why I never recieved - credit card dispute it is!

However, when my order arrived I was not disappointed. The swimsuits were neatly packaged with tags, brand new. They all fit wonderfully, and were true to sizing chart on the website. I will most certainly order from meet.curve again.
Never received my order
Never received my order. Emailed them and was told that the payment didn't go through therefore the order wasn't fulfilled. Checked my barclay card and low and behold there was the payment, it left my account on the 14th of August. Three times they told me they hadn't received it but thanks to barclay card I got my money back.

If a gift card is unacceptable, how about you keep the items without return/ exchange and we refund you £12 to your original payment account that you used to pay before as a compensation ?

This is a sham of a company
This is a sham of a company. Ordered £200 worth of swimwear when they had an offer on and it said online it would be fine to return. When the swimwear arrived it was such poor cheap quality - not what you expect when you're buying for a larger bust! Didn't keep any of them so contacted customer services to follow the convoluted returns process. Was offered something pathetic like £35 instead of a refund. Then offered £65, again said no! Was then told the process and had to pay £40 to return my swimwear! If the oder hadn't have been for so much money I'd honestly not have bothered... but I guess that's how they get you. Joke of a company and shouldn't be allowed to trade. Avoid avoid avoid.

Swimwear was very well made. I spent £230 on 9 costumes. However they were too tight and low for me. I emailed them they initially offered me £65 and keep the items. When I refused they have now offered me £150 and keep the swimsuits. I have just emailed and said I want a full refund or £200 and the swimsuits .. let’s see what happens.

How do I give less stars? Had to pay £20 delivery, did not meet delivery date, items were not that good, customer service is the worst and now I’m getting FedEx letters demanding I pay more delivery which Meet.Curve will not help with. Stay clear of this ‘company’

Never ever order from this company! I have never known anything like it! I ordered two swimming costumes they came and didn't fit. When it came to sending them back I had to email them first for them to then tell me I could just keep them and not have any money back! I was disgusted! After about 5 emails later they were point blank refusing to give me my money back! Offering me £20 then £30 then £40 etc when I actually paid £70! In the end I had to agree with £50 as I just wanted money back! I lost out on £20! Absolutely disgusting company who try and rob you! I don't even want to give them a 1 star rating

After initial concerns with my order I received a prompt email & was able to track it. It took a while to see any movement but item arrived when they said & swimwear fits perfectly. One happy customer.
