So cross with myself for not checking…

So cross with myself for not checking trustpilot before spending money. Not cheap either. I checked after I had bought and resigned myself to that fact that I wouldn't be able to get a full refund if something didn't fit. It didn't. Not sure how these companies are able to operate. I basically opted to keep the clothes that didn't for a small sum which hasn't come through yet. Maybe it will. Can't imagine they get any repeat business ever. Lesson learnt always check reviews before spending money with an unknown brand.

Zero stars *BUYER BEWARE*

Zero stars to be quite honest.
I am going on day 4 of trying to get a response back on how to return items. I've messaged them on social media and emailed them with zero response. I wish I had read reviews before purchasing from this company. I'm confident if they ever do reach back out to me, I won't receive a refund anyway. Garbage and scam of a company.

Do not but from here

Do not but from here. I placed my order the 17th of June. It’s July 1st and nothing. I emailed them and asked what was going on. They didn’t even answer me about how to track my order because they haven’t even sent it. I spent $200. I’m going to be reporting them to the BBB.

Do not waste your time

Do not waste your time. Wish I had checked for reviews before I ordered as I wouldn’t have bought from here.
After placing an ordered I waited several weeks for it to never arrive. When I contacted them they said they would look into what happened with their logistics company. Every time I contacted them they said they need more time. Finally after months of waiting and not getting a response, I had to demand a refund. Initially they said they would replace the items. However the items ordered were for a holiday which I had already been on as this went on for months and I had had to order from another company. Finally managed to get a refund. Think I am luckier than some.

Impossible to return items

Same as others. Seduced by advertising. Reality not living up to promise. Two different styles of swimsuit, neither fit properly. Had to have 3 email argument about getting a return address & refund. Only provided when I threatened with trading standards, otherwise being told they would provide a credit note, or give me £8 towards the £39 cost & to give the suits to friends! Their terms & conditions clearly state full refunds will be offered. Absolute scam of a company. Avoid.
Update - the return address is in the USA and it will cost £24 to send tracked as they insist. Utter rip off.

Great costume

After placing an order and then reading the reviews I was starting to panic! But I received the swimsuit as advertised and it’s perfect! It arrived too late for my holiday hut I can still use it for the beach and swimming locally.

Meet Curve is terrible

Meet Curve is terrible! The sizing information is all over the place and despite ordering a second time and sizing up the information is still not correct. The quality of the items is also very poor. I have tried contacting the customer service team but getting nowhere and the representative is not helpful at all. AVOID AT ALL COSTS AND SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!

Delivery took 10 day

Delivery took 10 day, item was not the same colour as shown in the advert and not true to size, way smaller and no support. Tried to return but the company is not UK based, they are very slow to respond to e mails and keep asking for the same information stating they don’t have any record of the order

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL! I placed my order, finally got an email saying it was shipped. Yet when I click on the "tracking" info it takes me to some bogus third party site with no information. $60 for a swimsuit that I have no idea when/if I will even get. I only ordered here based on website reviews and TikTok, stupid mistakes. Should have come here first. I have sent 3 emails, filed a complaint on their website, commented on a TikTok(which note they were quick the comment back and act helpful) with still no information on my order. Now can't login on their website to even view my order anymore.

Oh my god

Oh my god ! How can this company not have been closed down! Shocking scammers ! Do not do not doNOT buy anything from them. Now going through credit card company to try for refund on £200 order . NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL ! Return address is America which is nearly £40 and then they’re returned to you as address is no longer right !

Do not buy from this company!

Do not buy from this company!! They are dishonest and will leave you short of money. I ordered 2 swimsuits, neither of which were suitable. I wanted to return them and order some others to try instead. I then realised there was no information about how to submit a return. Dodgy... I was subsequently drawn into a lenghtly email exchange having to fight my case for a refund. It was a riduculous, time-consuming and totally unacceptable process of them offering partial and minimal refunds and me having to assert my claim to a full refund. I ended up losing money. I see from other reviews that this experience is a common one for their customers. Aviod this company. They are shameful.

Horrible customer service.

I am giving a one star review not so much for the swimsuits which were fine, but for the customer service. I tried to return swimsuits that did not fit and was negotiated down to a partial refund - which never arrived. When following up with their customer service they stated it was a financial issue. And they tried again. It has been almost a year, and I still have yet to receive the refund despite multiple attempts of communication which have been unanswered for the last four months. I have never been more disrespected by a company before.

Meet Curve is a SCAM

Meet curve customer service told me I have to pick up my package at the post office. When I went to the post office, they said they had to return the package because it had a counterfeit shipping label on it. MEET CURVE IS A SCAM!!!

Untrustworthy and fraudulent company

Untrustworthy and fraudulent company.

I, like many others, order from Meet Curve before researching. I ordered 5 swimming costumes with premier deliver costing £170.

When I recieved the parcel (late) the items did not match how they were described regarding colour and support! In fact there was no support.

i immediately went to request a refund only to find that I had to email to company and this is when I read all the reviews online.

The company did the same to me as everyone else, offered me £20 to keep all items. I pushed and said that I would accept the compensation and keep the items if it was upped to £100. Surprisingly they accepted this and refunded me within 3 days.

However, I then stated I still wanted to return the other items to receive the remainder of my money - this is still a challenge and a month later I have still not been able to do so.

The only reason for my 2 stars is the fact I got £100 compensation rather than the original £20 offered.

Do not purchase from this company

Do not purchase from this company. They will haggle about you returning items then after persisting to be able to return items they have you pay for the return. I had to send tracking number, which I was fine with all of that but today my package was returned stating that the company is no longer at the address! Now I am out of the money for items purchased as well as the cost of the return. I have disputed the charge with my CC company and filed a complaint to the BBB

Please do not use this company

Please do not use this company. The swimwear I ordered did not fit but you are unable to return the items. You are offered a part refund and then this refund never happens. Avoid!!

Don't shop here.....…

Caution should be exercised when considering purchases from this particular company. I had initially chosen to order from them due to their advertised return policy. However, upon receiving the products, I found that they were not the correct size for me. Despite the items being in good condition, they simply did not fit.
Upon contacting the company via email to initiate the return process, I encountered significant difficulties. It appeared as though obtaining a return address from them was akin to a challenging negotiation. The company initially offered me a store credit in exchange for keeping the item, which I declined. Subsequent communication involved repeated back-and-forth exchanges, with the company gradually increasing the price for the return process. It felt as though I was participating in an auction in order to secure a refund.
Despite providing evidence of the shipment through photographs, signature confirmation, and tracking, the company claimed the package had an invalid address before eventually acknowledging its receipt. Following further persistence on my part, the company agreed to process the refund. However, it arrived weeks later and was not consistent with the initially promised amount.
Ultimately, I had to resort to threatening to file a complaint with my credit card company in order to prompt the company to take action. After multiple emails and considerable effort, I was required to cover the cost of shipping the items back. Although the company initially promised a refund of $224.00, the actual refund received was only $187.50. I am still fighting with them over this and getting no where. At this point, I am probably just going to give up.
Continued correspondence with the company has yet to resolve the discrepancy in the refund amount. It is anticipated that further excuses may be provided, such as expenses incurred in shipping or restocking fees, despite these not being outlined in their stated policies.
Based on the frustrating and unprofessional handling of this matter, I am inclined to advise against engaging with this company for future purchases. Their failure to adhere to their own return policy and the arduous process involved in securing a refund have left a negative impression. I will not personally patronize this company in the future, nor will I recommend their services to others due to the lack of transparency and accountability exhibited in this situation.
