The entire group and event seemed wonderful. Maria is awesome and we attempted to move forward with this due to her. After missing a call from her we reached out again and she does not have a direct line or email (we were told the company is trying to keep costs down). After calling the number on the card (5166724558) Tom picked up the phone and as he was banging some pots he gave the number (516) 801-4779) to call Maria directly. That number takes you to a voicemail of Tom (the same voice I just spoke to) saying to leave your information. We called back the original number and asked Tom if Maria truly worked with him or if she was just an introduction person because something seemed off. Either way is fine just be transparent.
What kind of networking employee or partner does not have their own email or phone number? He began to get louder, aggressive, and nasty, asking what we do and who I am and that this is a bad conversation.
Maybe the business is legit and Maria is awesome but our experience leads us to stay away from Tom Gibson.
