I placed an order for shoes on March 27, 2026 and have yet to receive my order. Everytime I call the number on their contact page and it says it's not accepting calls at this time. I have emailed them at least three times on the status of my order and they have not responded. I filed a dispute with my credit card company and they were able to verify my transaction, so how was it the credit card company was able to get through and they don't respond to my inquiry. I will never order shoes from them again.

Order not shipped for 1 month (and still not received by shipper.) I canceled the order and was lied to and told it had shipped when it had not. I was offered a 20% discount which was never given. And now a week after cancelation I'm told it shipped and will be 10-15 days to receive it (if I ever do). I had no idea it was a Chinese Co. I would never have ordered as they are all cheats and should be banned from doing business in the US.

Horrible!!! Return policy is NOT true. The product I received is NOT what was shown in their website. I sent photo from their own website and a photo of what I received and they REFUSED to give me refund unless I PAY return shipping to China!! Otherwise offered just 20% refund and told me to keep product. Beware!!!!! Very dishonest.

Please learn from my mistakes. Buying from MeetMeAtMidnightSlippers.com will leave you frustrated, unsatisfied, and with less money in your wallet.
I place an order with MeetMeAtMidnightSlippers.com for two pairs of men’s canvas sneakers - one in Navy, the other in Gray - both size 10.

After waiting three weeks for the product to arrive, I received one pair of sneakers in the WRONG COLOR (Black), and the other pair in Navy - with EACH SHOE in a DIFFERENT SIZE.

After waiting so long only to receive products I couldn’t use, I emailed MeetMeAtMidnightSlippers.com and requested a full refund.
They responded to my message with empty promises of handling the problem quickly, and an offer of a 20% refund, allowing me to keep the shoes “as a gift”!!! Allowing me to keep shoes that I paid for and can’t wear IS NOT A GIFT.

According to MeetMeAtMidnightSlippers, the only way I could get a full refund is if I mailed the shoes back to their factory in China AT MY EXPENSE!!! Why would I pay $50+ in shipping in order to get a full refund for products that cost $40 total? Additionally - their website says nothing about this requirement in order to get a refund.

I emailed them back, saying that these proposals were unacceptable and I wanted a full refund, since the mix-up was fully on their end.

Their response was filled with more empty platitudes and the address of their Chinese factory.

Save yourself the frustration - DO NOT BUY FROM MeetMeAtMidnightSlippers.
