Scam from start to finish

This company is a textbook example of incompetence wrapped in condescension. From start to finish, their handling of even the simplest issue was a masterclass in unprofessionalism. Instead of resolving problems, they double downed on defensiveness. Asking for what you paid for is not fraud. It is not harassment. It is basic consumer rights. Their “customer service” is a joke. Communications are smarmy and aggressively tone-deaf. They threaten, they accuse, and they treat paying customers like criminals while boasting about “generosity” and “trust.” Spoiler: there is none. If you value your money, your time, or your sanity, do not order from this company.
