Meetyourva is totally crap. At first they are good until you get a client. Nayan is the CEO who will pay you maximum of 4$. But in the agreement document with the client he charge a minimum of 10$+ per hour and it is indicates for "VA price per hour". VA will be the one to work on everything for client and he will get bigger than you. Totally crap. They will s*ck and use all of their VA's. They are all unfair. Even Paul. I do know agency has a cut but getting 60%?!?! And giving only 40% for those who work hard per hour? Also the transfer fee of your salary will be handled by VA. What a crap.

I just joined Meetyourva, and I must say it is one of the best agencies to belong to.
It's a community of great talents that makes working with them intriguing.

Unlike other VA agencies, MYVA will allow you to juggle clients at max of 8hours per day. HR is responsive and VA success manager is doing his job well to make sure you are heard. I think they are all pretty supportive to VAs.

I joined MYVA a few months ago and have already gained a wealth of knowledge by passing through the academy. Everyone was willing to help whenever you notified them of any issues. I have worked in both peaceful and toxic places, and I would say MYVA is a family

Grateful that this company existed. It gave me a job opportunity when I needed it. There is nothing special about this company but one of the disadvantages is that they are looking for high quality applicants but offering low salary. The company should revisit the core values again. It might have been forgotten.

The company needs more internal team members to support its system because MYVA doesn't have a clear and strong system. HR team has only 1 and she's unprofessional, not doing her job, hard to reach when you have concerns that's why VAs and clients don't stay that long. And this company doesn't support VAs concerns, they ignore especially if pay issues.
