Urgent withdraw delayed and no response from support, please kind help 😞

"I am writing this to express my extreme disappointment with [mega-baji.com]. My withdrawal requests via Bkash and Rocket have been pending for over 2 days. I have successfully completed all turnover requirements and my account is fully verified. Despite this, my rightful money is being held without any explanation.
What's worse is that their Live Chat support is completely ignoring my messages. This is unprofessional and looks like a scam. If my funds are not released immediately, I will report this to the licensing authorities and share my experience across all gambling forums. I want my money back
