low-key racist and scam
We tried to get our energy here, but they gave said we needed to pay 500 up front because of "our payment history" when we tried to ask for why this was (since we never were behind on any kind of payments) they sent us a background check without any information except that they couldn't find anything bad. When my boyfriend called to ask what was up they said it might have to do something with the neighbourhood we live in, regardless of our own payment. So long story short they wanted us to pay 500 because our neighbourhood is bad?? Regardless of us never being behind in anything.
When we canceled our order we got an email thanking us for staying with them for so long and that we still had to pay 500. Absolute crap and they're even low-key still trying to scam us out of 500 euros
