Told I need to buy an expensive warranty that covers everything since driving less than 3000 miles the car has been in the garage 3 times and off the road more than on it when plug in at the garage a warning came up for multiple vin numbers the warranty didn’t cover anything and they don’t reply to emails avoid this dealership at all cost 27 thousand pounds down the drain for a car that doesn’t work
Overall was a good experience but my car purchase experience has had some ups and downs. After completing the purchase, I did experience couple of issues that could have been handled more smoothly. But due to some miscommunication a few concerns were missed and not addressed as quickly as had hoped, and unfortunately some matters were escalated incorrectly, which caused delays confusion and added stress to the process.
However Hollie has been helpful, professional. Hollie took the time to listen carefully to my concerns and worry’s and worked hard to resolve the issues, I appreciate the effort she has made to resolve the situation. Thanks to her helping the car is now fixed was unfortunately a EGR fault ,which no garage would have picked up on until driven long distance.
While the experience wasn’t as perfect as would hoped I do feel that the company as made effort to put things right, and I appreciate the improved communication and customer service in recent contact ,
The car it’s self is stunning to look at and was cleaned throughout on collection.
The handover of the car was smooth and paper work was prepared and giving along with handbook and keys.
We would definitely recommend and will use again.
The service was fantastic from start to finish .. even after my purchase.. I had a little issue .. and they not only solved it there an then .. they also reimbursed me for the additional petrol costs for me to get the car back to them .. couldn't be happier.. would recommend them to anyone looking for a change in vehicle
Do not buy! Frauds and will sell you dodgy cars and won't follow consumer rights act. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!! They will come back with all sorts of claims saying didn't buy or no issues but we have all proof. Cost thousands in solicitors fees. DONT BUY!!!!
Ok so I brought a car without a test drive as I'm 200mls away and the car sounded perfect for me (my fault)
Quick home delivery was a plus
1st thing it needed was disc brakes & pads all round to make the car stop for a car that passed an mot 3months prior the condition of these it shouldn't of passed / reimbursed 50% Now the engine management light has come on after only being driven 60miles since purchased and the car vibrates while driving. Have phoned customer service a couple of times and being told were get back to you asap (which is there term for when we can be bothered) had expected better since I've only had the car 2wks and driven 100mls
So that said I wouldn't recommend buying a car from them although the staff are very pleasant, once your out the door and the have your money they really don't care and as for the warranty (30 days) it will take you longer to get a reply from aftersales

Purchased a BMW from them last week, initially discussed with the sales team a few minor issues with the car I would like addressing before I collected it which the sales team (very friendly) agreed to and even documented, I collected the car over a week later and it soon became evident none of the issues had been addressed which was disappointing to say the least, however I contacted the customer support line and was managed by Hollie who couldn't of been more helpful! After an initial bit of friendly bartering (i was in the pub 6 pints deep)!! we reached an agreement to sort the problems which was more than fair! Hollie was all over it like a fat kid on chips!! very professional, polite, and helpful!! After the initial disappointment of the car not been "perfect" as promised Hollie massively changed my opinion of the dealership, thank you again Hollie and I hope you get a big Christmas bonus this year!! 😀

No surprises when it arrived, which gave me a lot of confidence in how they operate.
Throughout the whole process, the team were fantastic communicators. Every query I had was dealt with promptly and helpfully, which really put my mind at ease given I was buying remotely.
They also arranged delivery of the car all the way to Wales, which made the entire experience incredibly convenient.

This would be a 100 star below if possible this is thee worst dealership I have ever dealt with cowboys charlatans is still to good for them I picked car up on the 08/11/2025 it’s been in my local garage since 18/11/2025 they have still not paid the bill for breaks all round not road worthy also missing wheel nuts on every wheel I would advise anyone who comes across them walk away
