I am very disappointed with my experience. My package was marked as delivered, but it was left at a roadside mailbox nearly half a mile from my residence on an open road. This is not a secure or appropriate delivery location, and I did not receive the package.
What is especially concerning is that I paid extra for “worry-free delivery,” which was clearly not upheld in this situation.
When I reached out for assistance, I was directed to contact FedEx myself rather than being offered support or a resolution. This level of customer service is unacceptable and does not reflect a company that stands behind its orders or its customers.
I would strongly encourage others to consider this before purchasing.

I beg you. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE do not buy this hair! This is by far the worst wig I have ever prchased! I bought the yaki half wig fro this company and it was the worst decision ever. The hair sheds if you touchit. It gets matted when you wear it, When you brush it? OMG! when you brush it, it's almost as if there are invisible shears uprooting all the strands in clumps. Do not buy from this company.
