There are so many nanny agencies in London, but Megalo is in a league of its own. Since I started working with them, I’ve never felt this level of care, dedication, and support from any other agency. They truly take the time to support their nannies and even go above and beyond. Here, you’re never just a number. I cannot express enough how grateful I am to Kate, Kim, and the whole Megalo team. Their patience, empathy, and constant support have made such a difference in my work and in my confidence. Every day they check in, offer guidance, correct and teach with kindness, and make sure you feel supported in everything you do. It’s rare to find an agency that GENUINELY cares about their nannies as people, not just as workers.

Megalo has truly set the bar higher than any other agency I have worked with. I only regret not finding them sooner. For anyone out there considering which agency to join, let me tell you: Megalo is the one. You will feel loved, appreciated, and supported in a way that makes your work a joy. I promise, it will be one of the best decisions you ever make!

We have been using Megalo for agency cover over the last couple of years and the staff sent are always very professional and passionate about childcare.
The admin team are great and communicate well and effectively but most importantly can't do enough to support. We always try to book our regulars in when we need some extra support.

Been working with this agency for just a couple months. From the get go staff have been lovely and helpful with personal concerns, brilliant mix of work/ home life, especially as a uni student with studies on the go. Reliable opportunities to return outside of term time also.

Kate and Kim have been nothing but supportive and attentive. As an agency nursery assistant if I ever needed help or felt unwelcome they have supported me and looked for my best intrest. I feel supported and respected at megalo and I am truly thankful for the experiences I have gained.

I've had such a wonderful experience working for Megalo Recruit. Registering with the company was very straightforward and the team are very helpful with giving updates along the way with how things are progressing. Having an amazing manager has made working for Megalo Recruit even greater as I can communicate both easily and freely and the replies are always prompt. In addition, the hours are very flexible and are able to work around what's best for you. Also, the pay rate is exceptional and to show appreciation for when you work a bit further out than normal the pay rate for the day will increase. The agency always go over and beyond to make sure that work is available and everything to do with you personally is fine.

Initially was easy to register. The staff are lovely and are always finding nurseries suitable for me. Fortunate enough to always have work, even during quieter times.

Megalo is a great company to work for. They work extremely hard in providing shifts for their staff. The pay is excellent compared to other agencies and the hours are flexible, so you can fit it around your schedule.

Professionalism is maintained throughout, from the initial registration and DBS checks, to being hired and made aware of set housekeeping rules which are clearly communicated and simple to follow.

Not only are the staff at the temp desk understanding and lovely to talk to, but they work hard to offer flexible shifts amended to my availability, as well as consider travel uplifts with the rewarding pay rates.

I also appreciate the positive feedback shared with me about my performance on shifts - especially when I first started.

Having worked for Megalorecuit since last December I have always found them easy to communicate with, ether by phone or messenging. Questions are answered promptly. They are very approachable and understanding. I have been made to feel very welcomed as part of the team.

Always, always made me feel accepted and understood- I was never made to feel different or lonely. The company honestly feels like a family and I feel listened to. They are very generous too!! :)

Megalo is very reliable, giving staff trusted and welcoming nursery’s to work at, and do a great job of always keeping their employees informed and engaged in jobs that come up with it’s tight communication!

I have thoroughly enjoyed working for Megalo over the course of this year. As a University student, it has been hard to find a job that can work around me, but the careful consideration and attentiveness of the team have been unmatched.
Megalo are always available and willing to answer my questions or queries about an assignment and has been highly supportive throughout my time with the company.
All of the nursery settings I have been assigned to have been extremely welcoming and all within a reasonable distance from my house.
Can't recommend Megalo enough!
