CRYPTO USERS BEWARE!

I played for a month on megapari and I deposited several times. After my first withdrawal they are asking me very suspiciously for all my crypto transactions and personal profile information that does not exist on my crypto wallets. There is no personal profile on a trezor/ledger. I think they are trying any excuse to steal funds from users.

Edit: After their response. They still have not verified me, they changed their demands and said they needed just my deposit pictures and I've sent them to their security. After being told that was all they needed to finalize verification. They asked for a passport selfie, which I gave, then they went silent and said my information is under review. Which they have not done throughout the process, before it was simply just demanding more information. This seems more like stall tactic than a review at this point.

I'd like to make this a clear response to their last message, I do not give them my trust in this process.

Edit 2: They are still refusing to pay me or work with me even though I provided them what they ask for, or if the document doesn't exist, I ask/offer alternative solutions. It seems they operate in bad faith. Please be cautious.

Edit 3: I have complied at every step and I think they are becoming increasingly frustrated that I am able to produce the documents and selfies they require. As they are running out of reasons not to verify my account they are starting to lie about the validity of my bank statement. I downloaded it this morning and sent it to them right after. I would save myself the time, money and the headache and go to another site.

5th time i try to withrawal and allways Accepted/denied

Look what they ask after i send them photo with card. They do everything so they cant validate your account! My advice If You dont wanna lose money dont go to play on this casino!

Provide us with a bank statement of the card. We should be able to see the bank card number, signature and bank stamp on the bank statement.
Statement can be provided in original printed form or PDF-format file. Alternatively, you can provide PC screenshots of your Personal Profile and Transactions History from your bank site.

I have even provided the bank statement upto date and it’s clearly visible for them also they haven’t sent the withdrawal

2) And they are asking that bank should give letter in a pdf format that they haven’t receive money how the hell is that happening

Withdral delay, amount not credited

I have an account with MegaPari sports betting under the user ID 1168157807. On 23/01/2025, I made two separate withdrawal requests via FAST IMPS, in the amounts of 3,000 and 3,000. Despite the time that has passed since then, neither of these withdrawals has been credited to my account.

The e-transfer reference numbers for these withdrawals are 4422568159 and 4422147553. I have contacted MegaPari customer support several times regarding this issue, but I am repeatedly told only to wait, without any clear explanation, time frame, or concrete solution. My funds are still not received, which is causing me serious concern.

I request that my two pending withdrawals be investigated urgently, that my total funds of 6,000 be credited to me as soon as possible, and that I be provided with a clear and detailed explanation regarding the delay.

AVOID MEGAPARI AT ALL COST

I deposited USDT into my account on the 2025-12-25 18:46:46 via the TON network and my account has not been credited since then.

Several chat, emails have gone unanswered and when they do, it's with their default message back in 12/24 hours. I have shared transaction receipt, transaction hash, blockchain explorer link all confirming a successful and completed deposit to MegaPari but am still getting silence from them.

You can verify the transaction yourself by copying the transaction hash and looking it up on any TON explorer like tonscan or tonviewer or better still copy the url into your browser and delete the parentheses.

Two days ago, I deposited ₹10,000 into my account on this app. After completing the payment, when I went to add my Transaction ID in the deposit section, the app showed an error saying that the Transaction ID was already used, even though I had just made that payment myself.

This incident happened in real time with me, and it is not a fake or old issue.

I made the payment to the following UPI ID:

“Misleading Platform – Zero Trust, Zero Benefits

Megapari is one of the worst betting platforms I’ve ever used. Absolute disappointment from start to finish.
They failed to credit my first deposit bonus, even after meeting all conditions. That alone shows how unreliable this platform is.
I also never received my birthday free bet, which they advertise openly. Their so-called VIP program is a complete joke—no benefits, no rewards, no priority, nothing. Just a fake label to trap users.
The account manager Dave was extremely unprofessional and careless. Despite multiple escalations and complaints, no action was taken. This shows how badly Megapari handles internal accountability.
Customer service is rude, unhelpful, and painfully slow:
Unpolite responses
Long delays
Zero concern for customers
Copy-paste replies with no solutions
What makes this even more disgusting is that I have staked over 17 Lakhs, and in the last 5 months I haven’t received a single free bet or loyalty reward. Clearly, Megapari does not value loyal or high-value customers at all.
This platform only cares about taking money, not about fairness, transparency, or customer satisfaction.
Misleading offers, useless VIP status, terrible support, and zero respect for players.
I strongly advise everyone to stay away from Megapari.

He has not contacted me even once

I followed up nearly 10 times
No response, no apology, no accountability
Saying “you’re not just another ticket” while completely ignoring repeated follow-ups proves otherwise.
Important issues remain completely unresolved:
First deposit bonus was never credited
Birthday free bet was never provided
VIP status delivered zero benefits
No free bets or loyalty rewards for over 5 months, despite high betting volume
A manager responded in a condescending and unprofessional manner, and no action was taken
Public replies like this look polite, but nothing actually happens behind the scenes. This response only exists here on Trustpilot — not in real support actions.
If Megapari genuinely wants to “make this right,” the solution is simple:
Acknowledge the failures
Take accountability for the manager’s behavior

Avoid Megapari – Just another face of 1xBet and Melbet

​I thought I had finally found a reliable platform, but I was completely wrong. After facing endless issues with 1xBet and Melbet, I moved to Megapari, hoping for a professional experience. Instead, I realized it is essentially the same company. They seem to share the exact same security team and restrictive policies across all these apps.
