We are a major brand and household name in Australia. During our first consultation with Megaphone, they had no idea who were or what we did. It was clear they did no research before our consultation to try to learn about us as the customer which was utterly disappointing and completely unprofessional. Really couldn't be bothered continuing with the consultation. The next meeting we had with another Company was spot on, they new exactly who were were and what we needed and didn't need to ask all the ridiculous repetitive questions Megaphone did, who were clearly just reading questions from a script and not from a place of care or trying to understand our needs. Highly recommend you don't waste your time with these guys, there are a lot better companies out there.
