I strongly recommend that people avoid MegaPrize. After depositing money and attempting to redeem my balance, my account was suddenly permanently closed for alleged "bonus abuse" and "washing strategies." The company provided only vague accusations and refused to provide any specific evidence showing how I supposedly violated their terms.
To make matters worse, all of my redemption requests were denied, and MegaPrize stated that no refunds would be issued for any prior purchases. Despite multiple emails asking for clarification, I received the same generic response repeating that the decision was final.
The fact that deposits made with cryptocurrency are apparently nonrefundable makes this situation even more concerning. In my experience, customers should be extremely cautious before depositing money on this platform, especially if using Bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies.
My biggest issue is the lack of transparency: if a platform is going to confiscate funds and permanently ban an account, customers deserve a clear explanation and evidence of the alleged violation.

Can’t complain about megaprize at all
Can’t complain about megaprize at all. Great selection of games. Great daily bonuses. Great coin packages with extra sc. payment and redemption use Breeze which makes the process very easy.
I currently have a redemption pending and I will update my rating based on wait time once I receive my winnings.
Update: redemption complete and in account in under 12 hours.

definitely my favorite casino
definitely my favorite casino. they reply back asap when you have even the tiniest question. plus their leveling up system is amazing. i am already gold status and they just opened last week. to the people who say it is “rigged”, it most definitely is not. they are more than fair with what they offer. they are far from being a scam. plus they a a secret inside the casino.
i definitely recommend them!
