Terrible service
Terrible service – completely unacceptable
We ordered a mirror that was supposed to be delivered within 6 weeks, but it arrived after more than 6 months! Despite choosing Klarna as our payment method, we were forced to pay on delivery — even though, after such an unacceptable delay, we no longer wanted the mirror.
To make matters worse, we only discovered afterwards that to return the item for free, we would have to bring it from Switzerland to Germany ourselves. Now we're stuck with a mirror we don’t want, that we can’t return without paying more than its value, and we’ve effectively paid for it twice.
Customer service has been completely unresponsive throughout this entire process. We will never order from this company again, and we truly hope that someone finally contacts us after reading this review.
